10/20 Demi from the Omega support team is outstanding. She provided detailed, well-structured explanations to every question and clearly has deep expertise in this area. Her guidance was thorough, easy to follow, and beginner-friendly. Thanks to her help, my understanding improved significantly, and I’m even more confident that adopting this app was the right decision.!!!!! -------- This app is truly amazing, and I honestly regret not using it sooner. With just one click, it prevents images from being copied, and it’s so easy to block specific countries. But above all, the customer service is outstanding — they respond immediately and explain everything with great care. My support representative was Lina, and she provided absolutely excellent service happy to know this app!!!

The app seems really good with analytics much deeper than native Shopify. The support was fast and effective when I had questions and needed help. I have not yet had enough time to figure out if it affects natural traffic as some people allude to, but I have also not heavily blocked a lot of incoming visitors i.e. blocking VPN's and the like. So far, it works well, was simply to set up and offered good and friendly service.

Blockify is an absolutely essential 5-star app for any Shopify store owner. The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions.

Tina was so helpful with an extremely frustrating situation with fraudulent abandoned checkouts. She was the only one who was able to walk me through to make some changes that will hopefully stop the charges
