Their customer service is amazing! They respond really quick and answer all your questions. It's a good app to block fraudsters right on your website without allowing them to place an order. Customer service Tracy was great!

So far, so good. We were being flooded with site visitors from countries where we do not market and where we don't even ship! After installing this app, we could see visitors from those countries being blocked. We hope this will improve site performance, reduce our marketing costs, and protect our shop. They have also provided fast and helpful customer service every time we've reached out to them.

Blockify has been a gamechanger at fraud prevention. Easy to access support and a simple set up has helped us dodge a dozen fraudulent orders overnight! It's quite appalling that a vital feature as such is not natively available for Shopify users yet. Thanks for filling that gap team!

Sophia was patient and helpful. Took time to understand my specific issues and found a solution for each and every one. Just testing the app currently (June 2024) on the paid version. Hope it solves the problem, if this review is still here it means it did . Late 2025 and still using it, Esther just helped me out. Great fast helpful support.

Great app, I needed to block a country that wasn't in the pull down menu, contacted the chat support, and immediately Joy helped me out and added the country. Checked today and no more unwanted spam visitors from countries I don't ship to. Thank you!
