Brilliant support from Niel. I had serious issues with card checkers and Shopify's "Fraud prevention" is non existent, so with the free set up, we're hoping all that will go away from now on. I had a number of detailed/technical questions for these guys, but Niel answered them all quickly and diligently. I can highly recommend them if your Shopify site is being blighted by card checkers (go to your abandoned carts page to find out), then give these guys a go.
Thank you, Elisto Consulting, for the fantastic review! We’re delighted Niel could answer your detailed questions and help with the card checker concerns. If anything else comes up, our team is always happy to help.

Vincent from the Omega support team was very courteous and helpful. He tested our store to confirm that the blocking feature was working and clearly explained why blocked visits can still appear in Shopify Analytics. I really appreciated his patient and easy-to-understand explanations. As a Japanese-speaking user, I would also appreciate Japanese translations of the app’s interface and guidance. Thank you for the excellent support!
