This is my 2nd site with Blockify, and the setup has gone smoothly. The interface is easy to use, and the customer support is excellent—even when I didn’t realize I’d contacted them. Recently I clicked a link to remove the Blockify branding without knowing it messaged Support, and hours later Florence messaged that she had already taken care of it. Nice!Looking forward to the next upgrade where Support can read my mind even before I click a link.

Update (same day). I realised I wasn’t getting sales and checked the website and you can’t click anything. Have had to turn app embed off in theme settings as app in Shopify is broken. It’s caused me lost sales. Updated review to 1* I have been using this app for a while now and although it has been okay some changes lately and app issues have crept in to compel me to rate lower now. Recently the devs changes the visitor view and removed the ISP from the main area. Now you have to click through to each IP hit. This is a bad oversight. Today the app doesn’t even work on the Shopify app. No way to even contact them. This has happened before.

Causing lost sales for any of our users is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the major impact this has had on your business. The bug you described is our absolute highest priority. An issue that interferes with your storefront's functionality is something we take incredibly seriously, and our development team is investigating this with the utmost urgency. We also want to apologize for the difficulty you had contacting us. This is a failure on our part. We will reach out to you to ask for direct contact line as we want to provide quick assistance to you. In addition, thank you for the feedback on the visitor view changes. We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow. We are taking this feedback to heart and will be re-evaluating the design in our next development cycle. We understand your frustration and your decision to leave a 1-star review. Our primary goal right now is to fix these issues and make things right. We are grateful for your detailed feedback, which is crucial for us to improve.
