So far the app works well, and Tracy was helpful in answering my questions. Just in one say sucks that all VPNs get blocked because not everyone who uses them are out to do bad things. But it's probably hard to detect if a VPN will be malicious so that's why they just block all of them.

Super fast customer help! I installed the app but was having difficulties figuring out a particular feature. The team responded within a minute or two of me sending them a message, and immediately helped clear the error that was happening on the backend. If you're like me, the ability to get fast, reliable help with an App is one of my highest concerns when purchasing an App. And this App definitely meets that with 5 stars.

I recommend this app because 1. It covers all business scenarios. 2. Easy to integrate. 3. Simple to understand and use. 4. No much technical expertise required. 5. Most important is the support team. They are very supportive and attentive. quick in response and provides effective solution to requirements/challenges. The onboarding experience was great. Tracy was super helpful this morning on getting everything set up for me (on her first day back from Lunar New Year holidays). She walked me through the best features in the app to cater to my specific conern. I can see how the app is blocking VPN visitors immediately to my store which should help our problem. The last 2 weeks we have had an influx of fake orders on our 2 websites which were causing a lot of issues to our business so Im hoping the app will help resolve this for us. Will monitor it over the coming days.

I used this app to help me to block Bots, because they were still visiting my site, and I never saw where I could block a particular city. Although the owner, would send me a video, it did not match the same as on the site. After the owner attempts to help me three times, she stopped, she stopped responding, and the time span to respond to me was the time difference, she is in another country.

We know that dealing with Bots is very essential to protect your site, but we are also aware that we can’t control how the Shopify platform needs the website to be fully loaded before allowing the app to work, therefore, you can sometimes still see the traffics from blocked IPs/Countries when actually they have been blocked a few second after getting to the site, and will not be able to view or take any action on your store. We also apologize for the late follow-up we have with your case. As you can see from other reviews, we are known for caring deeply about our customers. Na aanvankelijk wat problemen gehad te hebben bij de tuning - ongewennig daarmee - snelle, adequate hulp gekregen. Heel wat minder zorgen nu de app werkt, in de wetenschap dat de helpdesk bovendien voor ons klaar staat.

The customer service with this app is horrible if I could rate 0 stars I would. I had a chat with a rep by the name Lynn and she was very unprofessional. She even sent a crying laughing emoji after I asked can I block a customer by full name with the IP address. I am very upset and disappointed with the poor customer service and of course she doesn't care because this isn't her company nor will it affect her paycheck, A rep name Rosie reached and tried to correct things, but once I told her that Lynn was very unprofessional and I recently lost a loved one and just want to put the matter behind me; and asked for assistance with deleting my account she started antagonizing. Rosie proceeded to say, 'You seem to be going through it these days." after I asked for assistance with deleting my account. So, I politely asked for assistance again and Rosie replied, "You're having a rough day." I thought If I simply deleted the app I would be billed for the services, which is why I continued to ask for assistance. After asking Rosie for assistance a third time she finally told me how to delete my account. It sucks my experience was horrible, because I was looking forward to paying for the services and referring other businesses as well.

Easy app set up, straightforward and blocked our unwanted spammers and visitors who were using stolen credit cars. Also they have fast support.

I installed the app to get rid of some bots harassing my store every day, however the app could not help with this. However the service and support was good. But I was disappointed that it could not solve my issue with the bots, even though I was told it could help with this. I uninstalled the app and asked for a refund, which I don't know yet if I get, still waiting for an answer on that.

I had an issue where we had a ring of various chargebacks due to fraud. Blockify helped me stop these fraudulent orders immediately. Thanks to Diego for helping me get set up! For $3.49 it is a GREAT DEAL!

So far so good. Helping to block countries that have no business on my site and also the countless data center bots that troll my site and skew my traffic numbers and hurt my site performance. Had a question and it was answered quickly. Thank you.

Like the app. It helped me in blocking unwanted traffic from multiple regions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to block unwanted traffic.

Installed it and had an initial hiccup but Malak in support took a look and now we appear to be good to go. It's a shame I've had to install it to block a whole country, but some very bad actors there are constantly trying to place dodgy orders. Hopefully this will stop them from doing so.
