The customer service staff were very considerate. Any problems were handled quite quickly.

We launched this loyalty rewards program at one of our big events for the year, and it was a hit. We created a QR code that led customers to our landing page on the website, creating a touchpoint for retargeting advertisements and allowing us to collect data on the types of customers who like our product. I am excited to see what happens as the program develops and we begin to see more customers reach the VIP tiers we set up in the application. The staff for this application are quick to answer and always ready to help. I recommend this application for businesses that want to set up a turnkey, fully customizable loyalty program and need to increase customer engagement quickly. We haven’t fully launched the app on our webshop yet due to a few remaining technical challenges on our side, but our experience so far has been very positive. The setup looks very promising and easy to integrate, and what really stands out is the support from the BLOY team. They are extremely responsive and genuinely proactive in following up, thinking along, and offering help where needed. That kind of hands-on support makes a big difference and gives us a lot of confidence moving forward. Looking forward to completing the implementation soon and making full use of all the features!

L’app è estremamente facile da usare, anche per chi non è particolarmente esperto: tutto è intuitivo e ben organizzato, permettendo di orientarsi fin da subito senza difficoltà. Questo è un grande punto di forza, perché rende l’esperienza piacevole e senza stress. L’interfaccia è pulita, moderna e ben studiata. Mi è piaciuto molto il design: semplice ma curato nei dettagli, con una disposizione chiara delle funzioni che facilita davvero l’utilizzo quotidiano. Non ci si perde tra mille opzioni, ma allo stesso tempo non manca nulla di importante. Un altro aspetto che merita di essere sottolineato è il team di supporto. Sono disponibili, gentili e veloci nel rispondere: si percepisce attenzione verso l’utente e la volontà di risolvere eventuali problemi in modo efficace.
