good app. wish I could easily change the color of the text thought for buttons. customer service is great and they'll remove your watermark for free so that nifty.

This loyalty and reward program is the best I have found! There are so many amazing customization options and I was able to create a really unique well-rounded well branded option for my customers to use. It has so many features and options for such a reasonable price that you won’t find affordable or even available from other programs if you’re a small shop. The customer service team is literally outstanding! Every silly question or a bit of assistance I’ve needed they have promptly and kindly help me with in a cheerful manner! there’s everything from simple earning and redemption to a VIP tiered program which I am using and many methods for your customers to earn and redeem. You can brand your program across your entire website with a full page landing page to explain the program branded, widgets branded emails point information on your cart and check out pages… seriously check it out.

Truly an amazing app for managing loyalty programs. I’ve tried other tools before, but BLOY stands out in terms of performance, features, and especially customer service. One of the best things about BLOY is their customer support and tech team. Whenever I had a query or faced any issue, their team responded within 1 to 2 hours — consistently fast and reliable. Even when it came to building new features, they were open to feedback and worked with dedication to deliver updates, even if it took some time. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism of the entire team. They care about their users and it shows. I'm very happy to share my experience and highly recommend BLOY Loyalty Rewards to anyone looking to manage a smart and effective loyalty program.

So far so good. It seems like a very simple app, easy to set up and run. The support is great too very fast and efficient. I go live in September of 2025 so we'll see how my customers like the new program.
