Setting up BLOY for our store has been a really smooth experience so far. The interface is clean and intuitive, configuration was straightforward, and the integration with our existing tools works well. What really stood out is the support: Annette has been exceptionally responsive, patient, and transparent in answering all my questions about pricing and plan options — a kind of clarity you don't always get with SaaS tools. Looking forward to seeing how the program performs over the next months. Highly recommended for stores looking for a flexible and well-supported loyalty solution.

I had some questions and Annette helped me so quick with nice attitude. I really appreciate it. And the app itself is really easy to set up! You can customize the VIP tiers for free. I think that's one of the biggest advantages! I highly recommend BLOY :)

The app is working great, very functional. The staff are very helpful, only Shopify has issue with granting access to them so my request has been delayed. The display is very presentable, highly recommend it and it's free

I recently installed the BLOY on my Shopify (Fruniva) store and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I set it up, it was clear this tool is built with store owners in mind super easy to install and attract more customers. The features are excellent at boosting visibility, encouraging engagement, and turning casual visitors into loyal buyers.

Just starting to use the app, and set up has been smooth. The app's IU is a lot simpler than Klaviyo, which I also just set up. I will experience it in action only from tomorrow, and some questions about whether I'm properly set up and prepared for the app to kick in to Shopify POS, but feeling positive and appreciative of the ease by which BLOY has quickly and simply addressed our loyalty program needs.

The app is very helpful to attract loyal customers and reward them, it has many options in terms of how to earn points and how to redeem. It is also a great tool to increase referrals. Easy to set up and the support team is great! very quick to respond! Thank you so much!

We’ve had a wonderful experience using BLOY Loyalty for our Shopify store. The app has been very easy to set up and customize, especially for creating a loyalty experience that aligns with our luxury wellness brand aesthetic. The UI is clean, intuitive, and integrates smoothly with both our online store and POS system, which was extremely important for us. We also appreciate the flexibility to customize rewards, branding, customer messaging, and loyalty pages to reflect our business identity instead of feeling overly “discount-driven.” What truly stood out was the support team. Emma and the BLOY team were responsive, kind, and quick to assist us with questions and adjustments during setup, including helping resolve branding concerns immediately. Had an issue regarding customer points updates, but Chloe was right on it. Although she couldn't fix it in situ, she actioned the development team immediately. There was also a subscription offer that was too good to refuse, and she helped to activate this. The App is super simple to use, and customer service mostly always available. I reached out for help at 4.30pm on a Sunday, and Chloe answered within the minute. Cannot ask for more than that. Now we only need to fix the original issue. Thanks Bloy
