BLOY Loyalty Points & Rewards

This app is so GOOD! I've been looking for an loyalty system that closely resembles our existing one (we're jumping POS systems to Shopify soon) and this one nailed it! One of the few ones that allows you to truly customize how points are earned. The team is super responsive and super helpful: they've been able to assist with the few issues (template compatibility) and have always answered my questions cordially, punctually and effectively. Highly recommended!

OK thus far. Have to go through a process to get the watermark taken off and get "free" access with email. The whole process is sus and there isn't complete customization of the loyalty widgets. But it seems to work out of the box with a few easy set-ups. Will have to reality test it with customers to see how it works. Good for a "free".

App is great for building customer loyalty. Able to set up the type of loyalty we want for your business. Easy to use. Recommended

The BLOY team have been very responsive and helpful in assisting us with the set-up of the loyalty and rewards program on our website, including a custom cart integration for the BLOY cart widget.

Currently, I am building, or to be exact, upgrading my website, and by some serious research and comparisons made, I managed to find BLOY a good fit to my cafe model. I navigated all features available on BLOY and found all i need for my website and for my customers, especially it became more exciting when I came to know that this BLOY app is Singapore-based App where my business is based in as well. This importantly helps me lighten some concerns over local regulatory requirements e.g. cross-border customer data protections etc. I find BLOY App user-friendly (quite easy to understand and to use throughout the app, be it customised or default settings). On top of that, Hailey and BLOY support team is very prompt and efficient. Thank you, BLOY team.

The app is EVERYTHING we need, pretty simple to use, and the fact that everything can be customised is great. I spent a whole day searching for a loyalty app, tried 5 differents but you appeared to be the best ! Not to mention the customer service is the best ever !
