Amazing!!! Easy, lot of ways to earn and redeem and very nice and fast customer support. I got a question and in a few minutes i got a solution from the CS team, Jen was amazing and very kind. Giving only 5 stars because i can not give more Thank you and please keep going with the amazing support .

Loving this app so far! It's very user friendly, & the support team has been extremely helpful when we have things we can't figure out by ourselves. Our customers are enjoying the extra perks & incentives.

Very nice app with a great and helpful team . The app is very easy to use and simple to set up, even if you are not very technical. Everything works smoothly and helps improve the experience for our customers. The support team is also amazing. They are always there to help and respond quickly when we have questions. It makes a big difference to know that someone is available when needed. Since we started using the app, our customers have been very satisfied with it. It has helped us create a better shopping experience and build stronger relationships with our customers. We definitely recommend this app to other stores looking for a reliable and easy solution.

I installed several other "popular" Rewards apps, swayed by their reviews, and promptly uninstalled due to their inability to customise, and or difficulty to set up, vs their ridiculously high costs - didn't see the value in them. I landed on Bloy, and thought it looked good from the screen shots, so thought "why not". And wow, so easy to set up, easily customisable, not restricted by pricing levels that mean to in order to get functionality I need to mortgage my house! And whilst the support I have needed is restricted to removing the watermark (that's how easy it all is to install), I'm impressed!

After trying several different loyalty apps and always running into issues and limitiations we're so happy to have found this one. The support team are absolutely amazing and responded to and dealt with any issues we had during the setup. Definitely recommend this app, Thank you so much!

Amazing app that has everything we wanted in a loyalty app we're blown away that it's free. There were a few hiccups throughout setup but the support team are absolutely amazing and we managed to get everything working in time. Thank you to the BLOY team!

Outstanding loyalty app with exceptional support! BLOY is hands down one of the best apps we've installed on our Shopify store. From setup to customization, everything has been incredibly smooth and well-thought-out. The customer support is brilliant - the team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. The app itself is incredibly well-designed with every feature feeling intuitive and purposeful. Setup was straightforward even for someone not super technical, and there are so many customization parameters to fine-tune the experience and make it truly yours. The integration with our theme is seamless - no awkward widgets or pop-ups that clash with our brand aesthetic. It's perfect for premium brands with its clean, professional interface that doesn't cheapen your store's look. The birthday rewards feature is perfect for our "Toutou'versaire" concept, the referral program works beautifully, and the customer account integration feels completely native to Shopify. This isn't just a good loyalty app - it's an excellent one. The developers clearly understand what merchants need, and the support team goes above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!

Both the BLOY Loyalty app and the support team are simply amazing. We’ve been exploring different apps, but for us BLOY stands out for its great combination of features, design and ease of setup. It’s so easy to customize and setup in our shop, we had it fully up and running in less than a day. We only needed a bit of help from support, but they respond really fast and are very helpful making sure everything works smooth without delay. This app is highly recommended for all store owners that want to offer loyalty programs to their customers.

Excellent loyalty app with fantastic support! BLOY has been a game-changer for our store! The app is incredibly user-friendly and offers all the features we need to build a professional loyalty program - points, rewards, VIP tiers, and seamless integration with our Shopify store. What really stands out is the flexibility and smart configuration. The app automatically calculates points based on product value (excluding shipping), which prevents double benefits on free shipping promotions. The refund handling is also well thought out, giving us full control over how points are managed when orders are returned. The customer support is outstanding - they're responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about helping you set up the program correctly. Wir nutzen BLOY Loyalty Rewards in unserem Shopify-Shop und sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der extrem engagierte und hilfreiche Support. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen wird schnell reagiert und man bekommt wirklich kompetente Hilfe. Außerdem wurden alle Features, die wir angefragt haben, von den App-Entwicklern umgesetzt, was zeigt, wie nah das Team am Feedback der Nutzer arbeitet. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die vielen Möglichkeiten zur Individualisierung, sodass sich das Loyalty-Programm sehr gut an die eigenen Anforderungen und den Shop anpassen lässt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein flexibles und gut betreutes Loyalty-Programm für Shopify suchen.
