I’ve been using BLOY Loyalty Rewards for my store, Alloria3D, and the experience has been fantastic. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn't a tech expert. The UI (User Interface) is clean, modern, and very intuitive, making it simple to manage our loyalty points and rewards. What truly stands out, however, is the support team they are extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my specific customizations. If you are looking for a reliable loyalty app with top-notch support on Shopify, this is definitely the one!!

We recently switched to BLOY from another loyalty program app, and the migration of our existing customer points was completely seamless. The setup process was very straightforward, and the app is incredibly easy to configure and customize to fit our store’s needs. One of the biggest advantages for us is the integration with Shopify Flow, which will make it much easier to automate and personalize our interactions with customers. Overall, the experience has been very smooth so far, and we’re really happy with the flexibility and ease of use of the app. Highly recommended for stores looking for a reliable and customizable loyalty program solution.

This is a very good app. The interface is convenient and quick, and you can customize the color of the buttons. I am currently in the initial stage; if it continues to be useful, I will give a further evaluation.

Great support team I had a great experience with the support team. I requested several changes to my theme and also asked for the watermark to be removed, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They were very responsive, patient, and willing to help with all my customization requests. What I appreciated most was how quickly they replied and how smoothly they made the whole process. Every change I asked for was understood clearly and implemented without complications. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and the level of support they provide. It made managing my store much easier and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We recently switched from a non-Shopify website and wanted to transfer our point over to a new app here. BLOY felt like it had a lot of what some of the big names had but at a lower price. We are keeping things simple for our loyalty rewards and Bloy is set up to be quite simple. I love it so far, I will continue to research more of the settings to tweak it all to work best for us.

Great app over all. Extremely easy to navigate, set up and a good looking layout even with default settings. Support was able to help me out with an issue within 5 minutes. Their free plan is very generous, having essentially all the features you'd need for a loyalty program.
