The feature settings are more user-friendly, including detailed settings that other Loyalty app doesn't provide. Customer service is responsive and very kind.

This app so far is amazing. It offers a lot of unique features that are missing from other similar apps. For example, I am managing a store in greek. Many other similar loyalty apps lack a translation in greek. Bloy however offers a unique way of letting you translate anything you want via its input fields. Also, it offers a wide variety of point system conditions, like social media follow or share us to get x points, sign up on our newsletter, register on our website etc etc. Overall it is a 5/5 stars from me.

I love everything about the app. You can customize everything however you wish and there is everything you'll need. I'll definitely continue to use the app. The interface is very intuitive, setup is smooth, and it integrates perfectly with Shopify. It adds real value to the store by making it easy to reward customers and increase engagement. Support is also responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a strong loyalty program.

As a newer loyalty app, there are kinks that need to be ironed out. It hasn't all been smooth since migrating over, but the support team has been great - responsive, helpful in getting checking on issues and getting them resolved.

The team is truly amazing, especially Lucy. She helped me migrate from Smile.io and patiently walked me through BLOY. In my experience, BLOY is far better than any other loyalty app I’ve tried.

Bloy has everything I was looking for in a loyalty app and installation was really simple. The fact that the customer support team were only a chat away to assist with anything was really reassuring and Chloe was extremely helpful. Really happy so far!

Super application ! C'est super de pouvoir créer un système de fidélisation complet et ce sans frais ou forfait supplémentaire à ajouter pour certaines options. Les options sont complètes et similaires à toutes les autres app, le service client est très réactif et sait apporter des réponses et des solutions pertinentes aux questions que vous vous posez ou encore aux problèmes que vous rencontrez. Voici quelques pistes sur lesquelles je pense que les choses peuvent être améliorées : - pouvoir enregistrer dès le départ les couleurs de marque dans les réglages pour ne pas avoir à remarquer les références à chaque fois. Peut-être qu'elles pourraient nous être directement proposées à chaque fois que nous avons la possibilités de personnaliser un bloc ! - Pouvoir moduler l'ordre des offres "gagner des points" / "échanger des points", que ce soit sur l'interface "programme de récompense" ou sur la modification du thème shopify ensuite. Car actuellement si je veux par exemple repasser "nous suivre sur instagram" en tête de liste je dois supprimer toute ma liste et les réécrire (configurer) un par un dans l'ordre souhaité !! C'est très fastidieux.. - Avoir plus de possibilité de mise en page sur le page de compte fidélité créé serait un plus également. Mais honnêtement pour une application gratuite et toutes les options déjà proposé : c'est du détail ! Je complèterais mon avis si d'autres suggestions me viennent en tête, merci pour votre travail !

Simple and intuitive app. The loyalty program is clear, rewards are easy to redeem, and the points system really encourages repeat purchases. Great user experience and everything works smoothly. Highly recommended.

Great structure for customising the app to fulfil the needs of your loyalty program. Lots of options, even at the basic level. Easy to customise to your own branding so it looks seamless with your store, rather than looking like a random extra. Plenty of integration options to further expand your customers rewards. Rapid and very helpful customer service.

I love the option to use points instead of a cashback only option. This has been super easy to use and I love all the features! I'm able to customize the rewards, emails sent to my customers and use my brand colors. I'm super excited about adding this feature for my customers!

This app is incredibly easy to use and very well designed. The customer support is outstanding — every question or issue I’ve had was handled quickly and thoroughly. The membership system is clear, flexible, and easy for both merchants and customers to understand. Honestly, it’s hard to believe such a powerful and well-supported app is available for free. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this app doesn't work properly if you try to redeem two rewards at the same time. Even though they all set up to combine, the customer receives an error message. I thought the initial support was great and Hailey was fantastic with her initial support, but I couldn't seem to get help afterwards. I spent two days trying to get to the bottom of the error with no support. I thought there was a clash with another app which worked well, but after removing this app, I still got the error.

This is a Shopify limitation rather than an app-related issue, which is why the same behavior occurs even after our app is removed. You may also confirm this in Shopify’s official help documentation on combining discounts. - Support response: We provide 24/7 support; however, your message was sent during New Year’s Eve 2026, when our support team was in the middle of a shift handover. This resulted in a delayed response of approximately 30 minutes. We sincerely apologize for this delay and take full responsibility. I have been looking for a loyalty program for some time, all of them seemed quite complex, but not BLOY. When i was unsure the staff are helpful - going above and beyond to show me things i didnt know. Looking forward to using this program more and more.
