It's a great program, you can communicate with your team in real time and get any problem solved. I've tried a lot of plugins and so far I think it's the best. If you can add a VIP level program, it will be perfect. I really like that it's a free program. The team is also very nice and although it takes a while to get back to you, the response is fast!!!! I hope this plugin will be more and more perfect.

Excellent Loyalty App – Easy to Use & Fully Customizable! We've been using BLOY Loyalty Program & Rewards on our Shopify store and couldn't be happier with the results. easy to set up, and works seamlessly with our Fashionopolism theme. The integration within Shopify admin makes it super convenient to manage without needing any extra tools. What really stands out is the wide range of features – from offering points for sign-ups, birthdays, and purchases, to allowing customers to redeem points for discounts and free shipping. The customizable loyalty popups and widgets also helped us match the look and feel of our store perfectly. Our customers love the dedicated loyalty page and how they can easily track and redeem their rewards. The automated email notifications are a big plus too – they keep our shoppers engaged by updating them about earned points and available rewards. If you're looking to boost customer retention and build a strong loyalty program without spending a dime, BLOY is a must-have app!

I was looking for an app to attract more customers to my store, and i found BLOY! It solves all my problem at once and i really love the ability to set tasks by myself instead of some enforced rules that i experience on other apps. Thank you BLOY!

I honestly don't even know where to start. First of all: my review might sound like it was paid for – but I promise, I'm simply genuinely thrilled. The onboarding process with BLOY was very intuitive right from the beginning. Still, I had a few specific requests during setup and contacted support. Lucy helped me immediately and made everything happen quickly and easily. Since my online store is completely in German, I had quite a bit of work translating everything into our store’s style. To my surprise, it was super easy: I just went through every widget one by one and customized them. That's when I realized – BLOY has really thought of everything: How customers can earn and redeem points Beautifully customizable email templates Widgets showing how many points a customer will earn for a product Redemption options in the cart Tons of options to personalize texts, colors, and even images And even a fully customizable loyalty page! For setting up the loyalty page, I contacted support again. This time, Eric helped me – and he was incredibly patient! He adjusted the position of my floating widget on mobile exactly how I wanted it and installed the entire loyalty page for me, so all I had to do was customize the text afterward. What can I say, folks? I'm really excited for the future collaboration. If you continue working with such attention to detail and this kind of amazing kindness, I honestly can’t think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't want to install BLOY. Everything looks amazing and is so thoughtfully designed that I can hardly believe it. I'm really looking forward to continuing this journey with you guys. Thank you for your fantastic work!

I 100% highly recommend BLOY Loyaly Program & Rewards. It was by far the easiest to set up and customer service has been the best to answer any question. If your looking for a royality program to boost sales BLOY is it.

The App does it's job well and the support team is responsive and helpfull. It's a great app to implement a customer loyalty program. Slightly more personalization options would be great but for a free of charge app it does a terrif job.

AMAZING APP. The support team is awesome. They always reply on time and help out with everything that is possible. Hands down the best loyalty program app. It is very easy to setup especially for startup founders who have to multi-task. GREAT APP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Grace, Lucy & Chloe all of them are very helpful.

Werkt erg simpel en gemakkelijk en je kunt veel aanpassen. Ik gebruik het nog niet superlang, maar tot nu toe geen problemen gemerkt. Werkt erg goed!
