I have pretty high standards for what apps I use for my store. I look for overall quality -- ease of use, clean interface, robust features, modern widgets, seamless integration, and outstanding support. Coming from a popular and expensive loyalty app, I thought it'd be next to impossible to find one similar. Here comes BLOY Loyalty... feature-packed, clean interface, easy to navigate, Built for Shopify, modern widgets, and amazing support. I honestly can't pick a favorite feature because I love them all but a couple I was really excited about was the various configurations you can make for your VIP tiers and all the way customers can redeem their points. I mentioned that I look for quality apps with top-notch support and the team at BLOY is just that. They are quick to respond, friendly and professional, and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the app. Shout out to Emma, Sofia, Chloe, and the development team for helping me with my recent request. You're the best! 10/10 recommend BLOY Loyalty for all your loyalty program needs.

Acabo de empezar a usarlo y parece fácil e intuitivo. El soporte me han atendido rápido y bien. Resuelve algo que otras aplicaciones fallan y es que los descuentos no los aplica como crédito en tienda.

If you need assistance, they are here to help. The app has services I didn't think I needed, and they are all customizable. Cost-effective as well. It implements blocks into your website without errors. My favourite is the point reminder system on each product page and the redeemable option for customers. Referrals boost customer interaction well.

Wir nutzen die App nun schon ein paar Wochen und wir sind bisher sehr zufrieden damit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Aber sollte man trotzdem einmal Hilfe benötigen oder eine Frage zu einer Funktion oder Einstellung haben, dann ist der Support sehr hilfreich und antwortet sehr zeitnah. Bald wird dazu auch noch ein ausführliches Video auf Youtube kommen.

I've been using another app for some time, but to add the additional features like VIP tiers would involve a significant price increase. I looked into BLOY and was impressed with the features available. It is a new app so at the time of writing this review it is free, with a flat fee for early users when paid plans are launched. There are A LOT of features available including bonus point periods, order boosters (bonus points with x number of orders in a time frame) and more. Support are responsive and very helpful, the only minor downside is they are in Asian and I'm in the US so the timezone difference is big so sometimes I have to wait until the next day for a response. I like that it integrates with Klaviyo and I can use that to create loyalty related flows to keep customers engaged and coming back.
