My score is based entirely based on my experience setting up the app as we have not had it running that long yet. At first setting up the app looked as if it was going to be a little overwhelming but each step is clearly guided so even those without much experience with Shopify, like myself, shouldn't have any issues at all. There is even a short video guide you can follow along with for the more complicated parts. I honestly didn't need any support but the support team have been in contact to ensure we are happy with everything so far which I honestly found surprising. I can genuinely heavily recommend this based on my experience so far.

For now (1 week), I think it's very useful. Customer service it's prepared and problems get fixed in little time. The same functions as very expensive apps, but free.

Works perfectly for my site. It was exactly what I was looking for. Easy and intuitive set up. I did have to contact support, but they were knowledgeable and quick in addressing my concerns. I definitely would recommend to other shop owners. Thanks BLOY!

BLOY has been a fantastic loyalty app for our Shopify store. It was easy to set up, looks great on our site, and our customers love earning and redeeming points. We’ve already seen an increase in repeat purchases since launching our rewards program. Simple, effective, and backed by great support — highly recommend!

Amazing first impressions though im still setting it up. As a company in the COD market I appreciate the functionality to only give rewards once somebody paid. Regarding the support I'm very impressed, Chloe helped me with the set up even though its Lunar New Year. As far as functionality goes it seems to have everything I want. Thank you!

We recently implemented BLOY as our loyalty and rewards program for our Shopify store, and it has made customer retention much more structured and clear for both us and our customers. The biggest advantage is how straightforward the points system is to configure and understand. We were able to set earning rules, redemption values, and VIP tiers without needing custom development or complicated integrations. Customers immediately understand how many points they earn and what they’re worth, which removes confusion and actually motivates repeat purchases.
