Five stars for the BYLO team! Lucy, Kyle, and Hailey were absolutely on point with every detail while helping me set up the Loyalty Rewards for my store. They made the process incredibly easy to understand. BYLO itself is very user-friendly it makes managing rewards simple and intuitive. Highly recommend!

BLOY Loyalty has excellent features for building a comprehensive rewards program. I was able to set up a full 3-tier VIP system with custom point earning rules, multiple redemption options, and automated rewards - exactly what I needed for my fitness brand. What I loved: Very flexible VIP tier system with custom earning multipliers Automatic discount generation and distribution Multiple ways to earn and redeem points Good customization options for branding Referral program built-in Annual tier reset options What needs improvement: The UI has some visibility issues - white text on white backgrounds in certain sections made it hard to see VIP tier information The loyalty page setup process could be more intuitive - it's not clear you need to create a custom template first Would benefit from better onboarding/setup wizard Preview doesn't always accurately reflect the live widget appearance Overall: Great functionality and features for the price point, but the setup experience could be smoother. Support seems responsive (they offer free watermark removal and setup help). Would recommend for stores that want robust VIP tiers, but be prepared to reach out to support for styling issues. Best for: Stores wanting multi-tier loyalty programs with custom earning rules and automated rewards.

Powerful and highly flexible gamification tool — you can really go deep with customization if you want to. Exactly what we were looking for to build serious user engagement on our store. Support is top-tier and genuinely helpful, often sharing extra tips and best practices. Feels like a long-term solution, not just another loyalty app.

I recently installed this app and am testing it on my shop. I must say that I am absolutely satisfied; it has all the features I was looking for. The VIP levels with points increasing based on the level, events to earn more points. Even the support team responded very quickly. I hope it stays this way in the future, because I find it truly incredible!
