The app itself offers all the features we need to provide our customers with the best subscription offer. Besides the quality of the app, I am very satisfied with the customer service and all the support i received. I am not the most technical but was able to set up bold and the offers by myself and where needed the bold team was there for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for an improved subscription experience for your customers.

Bold subscription service is so ideal for my wholesale coffee roasting business that provide drop shipping directly to online customers. I love that I could do the "subscribe and save" option for any item, giving my customers the freedom to subscribe to get any product they want with a little of the top.

Bold App has limitiations that cause difficulties with our International Customers, but your Chat Representative, Daniel P., was very helpful in handling an issue with an international customer.

No one was helpful EXCEPT for Irfan. he was the ONLY person who helped me. The rest were worthless. Irfan accessed my problem, asked the right questions, and ensured that he fixed it. He did not put the issue off on other providers like Cody. Thank you Irfan!!!!

Not useful and difficult to cancel. Can't effectively manage subscriptions. So their entire business model is based around customers forgetting about their app and leaving auto pay on.
