I needed help with a subscription question, and in no time at all, Bhumi had helped me with the concern I had. I'm very pleased with this app, and it's really helping me grow my mail club subscription! The customer service is fantastic.
Customer support helped me get to the bottom of a payment issue and didnt tire of my endless stream of clarifying questions. Bhumi was my rep and they were great!

There are still a lot of hiccups with the app, and features not available, which is a bit frustrating. I've forwarded concerns to Chintak, who has been a great help. I'm foreseeing a lot of back and forth to help me with concerns. But overall, it BOLD works just fine.
