Bold Subscriptions is easy to use, and the customer service team is able to quickly help us resolve issues. We worked with Krupa a few times from their CS team and they're great :)

V2 has been great for us. I needed a few things yesterday, and the service was fantastic. Fast, responsive. Able to do customizations.

We have used Bold Subscriptions for over three years to bill our monthly recurring Shopify accounts. Have experienced virtually no issues and have had great support when required. Love the new app dashboard. Would highly recommend to any business needing a reliable customer billing platform.

Customer service is super helpful! I was struggling to help a customer and Krupa did everything they could to help me find the right solution! The tips I was given will be saved in the event I run into the same issues again.

We've been using Bold for several years now. We were a bit anxious of switching from V1 to the new version, but I must say that 1: The tool works great, but even better 2: the support is great. (Shout out to Daniel, Krupa and Chandan) Would definitely recommend.

I'm just getting started with the app, but I have to say that Irfan in customer service is AMAZING. I had a little trouble getting a few things to work and he took careof them all quickly and also sent me instructions so if I could do it myself if I needed to fix something in the future.
Irfan's a customer service wizard! Thrilled to hear he helped you tackle those initial hurdles. Now you're equipped to unlock the full potential of Bold and take your Subscriptions to the next level!

I used to love Bold, I have been a customer since 2016. But both Apps and the Customer service has declined and is horrible! I had to uninstall all Bold apps to include this one.

We're committed to providing excellent service and would love the opportunity to make this right. Unfortunately, since the app has been uninstalled, we're unable to assist directly at this time. I just installed the app and I'm sure this app will work fine BUT I have products that I DO NOT want to be shown to customers from within their login portal in the "add product to subscription" section. Unfortunately there is NO WAY to hide products here which is asinine because of course the app allows you to restrict what products are available for subscription to begin with but then they just show everything by default in the customer portal regardless of what I want made available? The support team called this a known bug but I would not call it that since the app as been out for several years now, it's way beyond bug status, this is just Bold being lazy. I was on Bold subscriptions 1.0 and finally ported over to this version only to find that it is far less customizable in many ways, this being the one I can't seem to work around.

We've been using BOLD for a while and have just migrated from v1 to v2 and we've left recharge from our other store. Irfan with Bold support specifically is one of the reasons we're brining everything under Bold. Irfan and the team have always been ready to help us with any problems that we have (most of which are user errors).

Review Changed from (*****5) to a (****4) Choosing a subscription platform is so MUCH EFFORT! Thankfully i reached out to Bold Support for options (I was on v1) and Chintak assured me that migration over to Bold v2 was the right move for us. I was so grateful, as we have been on Bold v1 paid version since 2019/20. Thanks for keeping our subscriber base taken care of! Bold on Shopify for the win! **CHANGED REVIEW** Since the 22nd of Feb I'm not such a happy customer :( User Experience(lost a *): Lacking forecasting ability and adjusting customer subscription dates, reports are only available in excel. Inability to sort upcoming orders by date in app. ...not handy AT ALL. The only active sorting feature is ACTIVE, PAUSED, etc. so if you have 300 active subscriptions you have to scroll thru all 300 to see what day they are posting. OR export an excel spread sheet, sort that, then go back to the app and look up the accounts and make the changes. Yikes! Customer side, it's okay for individual account holders changing products and dates etc. Back to searching for a more User Friendly Platform.

Do not - DO NOT - get this app for subscription management. I used them for years and things used to be great, including the customer service. It is now a dumpster fire (customer service refused to help us with a minor integration issue and as a result our subscriptions were down for over 2 months...it was an actual nightmare to get it resolved. The craziest thing was we had had this issue before and they had fixed it no problem; the support team has narrowed their scope tremendously). I repeatedly tried to book a call with them during those 2 months so that we could solve this issue faster; they refused. Email responses would take a week to hear back from them. Only once I threatened to leave Bold was the ability to book a call suddenly made available. Just skip the headache and get Recharge.

I do not understand how to cancel my subscription to BOLD on my Shopify since I did not complete the set up and am being charged for the service.
