Customer service via chat was very helpful. Irfan understood the problem I had and fixed it immediately. Also sent an aritcle on how it was fixed in case I have the problem again in the future.

We were excited to test Bold Subscription. However, this app only offers basic frequency subscription build. You can't even create a prepaid subscription. For basic functionality it should not be priced at $49.99 + 1% transaction fee. Better apps out there.

Good app, excellent customer service. V1 was good, but it did have a few issues (mostly relating to the fact that it was a third party payment and not fully integrated with Shopify). V2 has fixed all of that, so now refunds, shipping, payments, etc. are all seamless. The team helped me with the transition from V1 to V2 and that worked very well. Overall, I'm very happy with this app and would recommend it to anyone looking for basic subscription operations on their shopify page

Bold works good for us. Still getting used to everything after migration from Bold V1, but overall it works fine.

We used the 1.0 version of this app and are thrilled with all the updates and changes to this new version. The integration into Shopify is seamless and the intuitive way the app works is fantastic for someone like me who is so not tech savvy. Can't thank Bold enough for all their help and the ability to maximize my sales with recurring revenue. Their support is phenomenal as well!

The app is not ready for regular use -- at least for my business. After working with them for over a month on the transition -- we learned through testing (not even directly from them) that prepaids were not yet working. My business almost exclusively uses the prepaid feature Now I am being charged for two apps -- with the new one not even feasible for my business.
We are sorry to hear that Bold fell short of your needs at the time. We are happy to say that prepaid subscriptions have now been released and are indeed a feature of Bold Subscriptions. Our team is working hard, developing and improving the app everyday. There are many more features to come!

Easy, Simple & Great! This app is a fabulous add on for any e-commerce site trying to maximize reoccurring revenue. Easy and fast to install, straight forward intuitive interface on both front and back ends and works great! Highly recommended!

Been using Bold for 6+ years. Some of the BEST customer service you can find. Even to the point where they'll help adjust the product subscription layout. Game changer. And the features are great for our one-product based business. Reliable company that we don't plan to switch.

Enjoying the app. Overall it's easy to use. A couple of features we'd like to see change. One example is that when you cancel and refund a customer's order you have to do it twice. Once through the Bold App and then again through the Shopify App. It should automatically cancel and archive the order when you cancel it on the Bold App...all in one seamless process.

Good experience with the new app - we switched over from v1 - the migration was seamless and so far we're enjoying the new interface and are finding it able to suit our needs very well. We've had a few minor fixes that we've needed to get set up and customer service has been great. We've been dealing with Chaysen and they've been excellent!

Bold has the best apps, for the best price, with the best support. I’ve been using them for the better part of a decade and it finally became time for me to migrate away from Recharge when they raised the prices of our plan. this subscription app has quite a few customizable pieces to help me get my products exactly how i'd like them. we sell pretty nuanced and only on a yearly subscription, and once set up, bold does it all for me.
