We have used both versions of bold now. Each has been simple to use and easy to navigate. Their team was super helpful for moving our subscribers to the new platform. They made sure everything was running smoothly before letting us know the integration was finalized. The new version of bold is a little different than the one before, but it is still an excellent service.

Easy to work with and performs as advertised. Also they have humans on the back end to assist as needed.

Great app to use and we have been using for the past couple of years. Service is great and help is always on the other side, which is very important for us. Would recommend to any business, especially with the free introduction trial period for you to try. Would be great if there was a service, where you can hire a BOLD expert to help companies increase their subscription numbers.

Upside: Very easy to use and navigate. Downside: US app so support is only available after UK hours. Would be much better if support was available during GMT.

I like that I am able to do subscriptions and that my customers are able to manage their subscriptions on their end. I do find the following things frustrating and clunky about Bold at this time: -For some reason, the app suddenly started allow people to subscribe with local pickup as their shipping option. Although a few people have done so (I would not have allowed this if I knew), I am not able to make any changes to their account in Bold without putting a shipping address in. -Why aren't there short term gift subscriptions? I shouldn't have to pay for another app for this.

The app has been a great and easy-to-use tool to manage our subscriptions. It has saved us a lot of time and money by automating all the processase related to subscription management.

It's mostly good but the customer can't always adapt their subscription pattern that easily. From the business side, it is straightforward and we can change things when customers ask and also add varying subscription dates/skip.

We hate the new Bold app - we signed up originally with the old one. The new Bold has less flexibility to update our customers information and is more difficult to generate reports. The customer service is inconsistent and emails appear to be answered by bots rather than humans. Overall - if I had the time to find a different app for renewing subscriptions, I would use it. I just don't have time right now.
We are terribly sorry to hear you are disappointed with the app. We truly take this to heart and hope to turn this around for you. Bold Subscriptions is being actively developed every day with many new features coming soon! We hope that you will see the value once again soon!

This is a great subscription manager! I've found it to be very useful, reliable, and the help section is user friendly and I'm really happy I made this choice. I wish other platforms were as easy to use as BOLD!
