Bold has been amazing in us being able to set up subscriptions, the integration into shopify has really helped us to expand our services of products! Great app, customer service has been awesome, would recommend to anyone who is looking to add recurring payments and subscriptions!

The Bold app is sensational. I worked with Krupa at Bold to make sure that my motion theme upgrade on Shopify was in sync with the Bold app. Krupa was professional, courteous and a knowledgeable problem solver. He took the extra step of checking everything from the customer perspective and resolved all outstanding issues immediately. I truly appreciated his technical expertise. There was no runaround, no deflection - just a resolution of the issue. Finally, the Bold subscription is critical to our sales. 5 Stars +

Best subscription app I have found! Super easy to install and any slight user errors on my part the Krupa from their customer service team was able to help me asap!

Super customer support, really enjoy the app for our subscribers. Still in the process of migrating legacy subscribers from our old platform, but so far the Bold app and the support we've experienced has been great. Shout out to Krupa!

There are some limitations of the app that doesn't quite suite our needs, so only giving it three stars. Customer service is great, though. Wanted to give a shout out to Krupa who responded quickly to our questions and was very courteous and got to the crux of our question.

Overpriced and lacking many useful features many other subscription apps have. Migration to other app took way longer than it should have so now I've had to pay for another month I didn't use. Worst subscription app ever. Don't waste your time.

Used to be on v1 and the app worked great. I was forced to switch to v2 and now come to find out they have removed important features, like failed order notifications to the merchant, we have to now manually run a report to figure this out, giving us horrible customer service to our customers. Second I had an issue, an error message from within the app and was told by support twice that it wasn’t their issue and to reach out to Shopify. Shopify told me I had to reach out to the app developer. I think it’s time I start looking for another app to use. Unfortunately the migration tot he new version went in the opposite direction that one would expect for a new app. It does have a nicer interface and can more easily interact with customer accounts, but all the internal features got worse. Like the way you have to set up options for customers to select a reoccurring time looks horrible on a product page now. Like I said the only nice part is the interacting a with customer accounts is a little better than before. It’s a shame because I’ve been using this app for 3+ years.

Really appreciate the customer service at Bold. Krupa is my problem solver and does that very well. The app itself has some significant gaps in user friendliness, but I'm giving it 5 stars because it's robust and has a can-do attitude. Hopefully the UX issues will be sorted along the way.

I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.

Bold has helped us add subscription functionality to our site and are super helpful in any support issue that we have - from installation to customer issues. Recently, Chandan helped us navigate a customer support issue where the customers' profile was missing a bit of info that was preventing us from swapping their product. Gone from being an awesome app to complete rubbish with the v2 launch. I've been told after migrating from version 1 to version 2 that my store is no longer compatible with their app and I need to hire a coder to make my store compatible. I can't convey how painful it has been dealing with these guys, this process has caused me tons of pissed of customers, most of my products are no longer compatible with this app and i'm still getting to pay for it. This is after they confirmed my "eligibility" to use the v2 platform. Who ever designed the v2 well done in screwing up a part of my business and now I have to find an app that will actually work.
