We've just installed this app and I'm already very impressed. The platform is very easy to use, the onboarding has been smooth, and the best part has been the fantastic support we've received from the moment we joined. Sienna stepped in right away to say hello, even without my request, and made sure we had all the information we needed to complete the onboarding.

IM NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE, BUT THE WHOLE TEAM IN BON LOYALTY IS VERY HELPFUL. MOST IMPORTANTLY THE RESPONCE TIME IS VERY QUICK AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO GIVE SCREEN SHOTS SO YOU CAN SEE EXACTLTY WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. a QUICK SHOUT OUT TO HAZEL SHE HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL GETTING ME STARTED UP. Bon Loyalty and the team were really patient, friendly and helpful all the way in "walking" me through all the set up process. 10/5 BON Loyalty is honestly one of the best apps I’ve ever used on Shopify! Super easy to set up, flexible, and packed with features that really help me connect better with my customers. The loyalty system feels fun and engaging, especially with all the options to customize. Big shoutout to Hazel — her support was amazing! After an extensive search and comparing a ton of apps, I decided on BON for my loyalty program. For me it was important to be able to have an easy start with a lot o features and to have the ability to translate the app. BON is everything mentioned and more. I especially love the fast and knowledgeable support team (Mia, Hazel, Courtney, Cara). Docs are pretty good, but the team is always ready to jump in and help, which is amazing.

We have had very good and fast service and the staff has been so helpful if my team has had any questions. They answer me in seconds and I we can't find an answer right away, they always get back to us later and finish it off well!
