We are happy by its super easy navigation and integration, plus well-covered functionality like custom branding, VIP tiers, and referral rewards, even on the Growth plan. Beyond the fantastic app, their customer support team is truly outstanding. A huge shout-out to Sienna, Maxxie, Maandy, and Jean for their consistent help, and especially to Hazel, who worked closely with us from the start; Hazel and her team relentlessly found solutions to all our inquiries, even those requiring developer support, always with prompt replies, quick solutions, and a friendly demeanor. Had a demo with Cara today, great efficient presentation. I'll be starting with the app this week. So far it looks to be very DIY with helpful guidance and easily customizable. Dannie has also been helpful with set up.

Great App so far, what made me choose Bon was the multi-language support right out of the box. Setting it up was a breeze once you understand the UI and the best part on getting started was the support, they do not guide you to articles they just help right away, especially Hazel and Sunny

We love this so far! It's been straightforward and simple to setup, and works well for both our website and POS. We had to switch to BON because our last loyalty app wasn't working with POS anymore. The team at BON helped us get setup and transfer all customer data over smoothly! Support is great and has been available in case we needed help. We haven't had any problems so far.

Hazel formidabile come sempre! Qualsiasi cosa le chieda è sul pezzo e disposta ad aiutarmi e a risolvere il problema in pochissimo tempo. Certo, l'app con delle personalizzazioni richiede un costo una tantum, però con un'assistenza così il costo passa proprio in secondo piano. Grazie mille
