This app has everything we required at a fair price. I've received great support and migration assistance. Aster has been very helpful answering questions without delay and addressing the little details. I've sampled almost every loyalty app in the Shopify store and I think we've finally found a home.

The support at BON is excellent. Their team is incredibly quick and comprehensive. Dannie has been particularly helpful, but we have dealt with other agents as well and they are all equally helpful.

Cara, Courtney and Sienna have all been really helpful, even analyzing my program and making suggestions! This app is also really great, because their privacy policy is very clear and to the right standard that it needs to be for my Swiss and German customers. It is very easy to set up and customize with my own branding, and I love how they offer a referral program with the free version - many other programs don't.
