We are impressed by Bon Loyalty’s super easy navigation and integration. This is now our second rollout using Bon Loyalty for our rewards program, and it continues to deliver. Beyond the fantastic app, their customer support team is truly outstanding. A huge shout-out to the team for their consistent help and commitment, especially to Hazel, who worked closely with us from inception through to the program launch. Hazel and her team relentlessly found solutions to all our inquiries, and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs for customized reporting. We wholeheartedly recommend Bon Loyalty for anyone looking to elevate their customer rewards.

I’ve been using this app for nearly a year now, and I cannot thank Haley and Hazel enough for their incredible support. No matter what challenges I face, they are always there to offer selfless assistance and effective solutions. What sets them apart is how much they value user feedback; I’ve seen the app evolve and improve firsthand based on our interactions. A really good app for a loyalty program where there is both the possibility of giving points and other benefits to customers. Easy to set up and the few things we couldn't figure out were handled fantastically by their support - highly recommended. Thanks for a great app and fantastic support.

I wouldn't normally post a review before we were fully up and running with a new app or service. But I am already highly confident in the app itself, and the customer service (Cara specifically) has been absolutely Top Tier. Can't wait to finish getting our data imported so we can officially launch with BON Loyalty!
