Great experience. The app provided so many functions that the last app we used didn't, and the price is also cheaper than the last one, which is amazing. It's rare to find an APP with 5.0 ratings anywhere! I've experienced it now having just migrated from Smile.io to Bon loyalty app. Kian was super helpful in answering all my questions via chat and email. The BON support team is spontaneous to respond and transitioned from one agent to another seamlessly during my migration process. Even when I accidentally closed my chat window, I was back with Kian within one minute after connecting with a different agent. I'm looking forward to using BON Loyalty program and trusting that my 38K customers will have similar and rewarding experiences!
