Bon Loyalty has been an absolute game changer for our store. The app is intuitive, flexible, and does exactly what a great loyalty program should do — but what truly sets Bon apart is their customer support. A huge shout out to Cara, who genuinely went above and beyond. What started as a simple question turned into Cara proactively exploring ways to improve our overall experience. She didn’t just answer the question — she actively looked for better solutions, escalated ideas internally, and ultimately worked with the dev team to implement custom work for us free of charge. That level of care, initiative, and partnership is incredibly rare. It felt like Cara was part of our team, not just support on the other end of a chat. I just download the app and was working on setting everything up - I clicked the button to verify the email address and it immediately linked me up with an actual human support person - that was impressive right from the beginning. I followed the information supplied and asked a couple questions which were answered promptly. The verification is in process, so Dannie let me know that a follow-up will be completed in a couple days and I'll be notified with the outcome. Dannie was very helpful, friendly and kind and I REALLY appreciate being connected with an actual human!

We ended up choosing BON Loyalty, and we haven’t regretted it for a second. What really tipped the scales for us was the support. Cara has been absolutely amazing to work with — fast responses, clear and easy-to-understand explanations, and lots of great suggestions tailored specifically to our store and the way we operate. It felt much more like talking to a colleague than to “customer support.” We run both a physical store and an online shop, and we also have a somewhat special loyalty setup (for example, every 7th bag of feed free, subscriptions online, etc.). All of this was taken seriously, explained in a simple way, and we found solutions that genuinely fit us — including in Shopify POS. The app works very well, is flexible, and it’s clear that it’s built by people who truly understand retail operations, not just code. Extra points for: – Patient and friendly support – Thorough explanations, not just “yes/no” answers – European-based support (a big plus for us) We initially planned to look at several apps, but after this dialogue, the choice was easy. Highly recommended.
