She not only took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, but also went a step further by escalating my request to their development team. Cara was incredibly helpful via chat! She answered all of my questions, solved a problem I could not figure out. She even sent a video to explain how to manage the app on our POS. The app is very easy to set up, not like some of the others available which i had to then delete because it got to complicated, this app did the hard work for me i just had to do some design and rules for it to work how i needed it for my shop, Hazel helped me every step of the way, she was always available and made sure to follow up.

Simple, fast and great service! Whatever the issue, the service is there immediately and can help. Simply great. The app is extremely simple but has all the important features you need. And at an unbeatable price. The German translations are not so good, but you can overwrite them yourself. The app is a clear recommendation for everyone!
