Una gran aplicación! Es genial para recompensar a mis clientes. Pero lo mejor de todo, es la atención al cliente que te brinda el servicio técnico, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. En concreto Hazel, ofrece siempre su ayuda y colabora en todo para facilitar el desarrollo correcto de la app. Me encanta esta app !

I recently installed this app on my store, and I’m honestly impressed. The app itself is easy to use, packed with the right features to set up a solid loyalty program. But what truly stood out was the support experience. I had a few questions and needed help getting things just right. Sienna from the support team responded super fast and was incredibly helpful. Bon has been great for our store, especially since it's so customizable and we're able to make everything fit our brand. Also, it comes at a great price compared to other loyalty programs like Smile. Additionally, the Bon staff have been wonderful with assisting us with the implementation of the program. They also work hard to complete any requests we have and make any customizations that are necessary for our store!

The team has been very supportive on all my request, even able to do some personalization and customizations for us. All the people I spoke with (Hazel, Mila, Sienna, Chloe, Courtney) helped me promptly. Comparing to other tools we used, you get mostly the same for way less cost. I would really recommend this tool for early stage startups looking for something easy and fast to implement.

If you are looking for the best experience for e-commerce at an amazing price point don't even hesitate. Sign up and get going! Sadly, they did not have the features I needed for the POS side of my business. At the time of this review I would need to pay their development team to import my existing customers' phone numbers, and when setting up POS redemptions, I cannot select an entire collection. Their developers could make this happen for an additional fee. I have too many products to enter to make this work for my POS, and I just don't want to simplify what we have been doing for three years for fear my customers will have a negative response. If you want a simple, easy-to-use system for the POS, this will also work beautifully! I really wish I could have made it work, but I am already too far into my loyalty program to change it now.

We truly appreciate your input regarding the need for importing/syncing customer data with phone numbers, and the ability to apply POS rewards to specific collections. 1. We've just optimized our POS Amount and Percentage discount rewards, so now you can choose to apply them to specific collections. 2. As for phone numbers, we completely understand that you primarily collect customer info via POS, and phone numbers are becoming an increasingly important identifier. While this isn’t natively supported yet in BON, rest assured that we’ve forwarded your suggestion to our Product team for further research and consideration. Since this would involve deeper integration and data handling, it’ll take some time to fully evaluate, but we genuinely see the value in this and will keep it on our radar. Once again, thank you so much for helping us build a better product - your valuable feedback really does make a difference. ❤️

From downloading to setting up, the response speed was very fast and the service was very professional. I've been using the BON loyalty app for a few months now, and it's quickly become one of my go-to apps! It's incredibly user-friendly, making it super easy to track my points, discover new rewards, and see what deals are available. I love how seamlessly it integrates with my shopping, and I've already managed to redeem some great perks. The variety of offers keeps me engaged and always looking forward to what's next. Recently, I had a small query about a specific reward I was trying to redeem. I reached out to their customer service and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Hazel. I have to say, Hazel was outstanding! She was incredibly patient as I explained my (slightly confusing) situation, listened attentively, and then went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue quickly but also to explain everything clearly so I understood it for next time.
