Great App so far, what made me choose Bon was the multi-language support right out of the box. Setting it up was a breeze once you understand the UI and the best part on getting started was the support, they do not guide you to articles they just help right away, especially Hazel and Sunny

We love this so far! It's been straightforward and simple to setup, and works well for both our website and POS. We had to switch to BON because our last loyalty app wasn't working with POS anymore. The team at BON helped us get setup and transfer all customer data over smoothly! Support is great and has been available in case we needed help. We haven't had any problems so far.

Bon Loyalty and the team were really patient, friendly and helpful all the way in "walking" me through all the set up process. After an extensive search and comparing a ton of apps, I decided on BON for my loyalty program. For me it was important to be able to have an easy start with a lot o features and to have the ability to translate the app. BON is everything mentioned and more. I especially love the fast and knowledgeable support team (Mia, Hazel, Courtney, Cara). Docs are pretty good, but the team is always ready to jump in and help, which is amazing.
