We tried diffrent Loyalty apps and BON seems to be the absolute right choice. The support is great, especially Hazel is always very courteous and helpful.

Really impressed but their level of service! Had some issues where I needed help to reset my customer's points. Hazel and Kevin very efficiently helped to reset them so I don't have to manually do them which would be extremely tedious. Best support service I've received thus far in my years of being a small business owner. Kudos! Keep up the good work :)

I have found this app brilliant to work with and the customer support is outstanding. I've had a few questions along the way and have always had such quick and supportive responses with everybody I've dealt with (thank you to Jean, Mia, Maxxie and Sophie!). I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I had trouble setting up the app and got connected with HAZEL and she was incredible. She was extremely helpful, quick to respond and even emailed to check in to see if I needed anything. She went above and beyond and truly made the experience 10/10. Love this app for my store & can't wait for my customers to fall in love with it too!
