I had an extremely disappointing experience with BON's review app. I initially signed up to test their service but quickly realized it was not suitable for my business. Unfortunately, their ridiculously short 3-day trial was not enough time to properly evaluate the app, and I mistakenly overlooked the trial expiration. The moment the trial ended, I was automatically charged, without any clear refund policy in place. When I reached out to BON's support team to explain the situation and request a refund, they flat-out refused—even though I never actually used the service beyond the trial. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they just gave me a copy-paste explanation about Shopify handling charges and pushed a "special offer" as if I was still interested in using their app. This is a terrible way to treat customers, especially for an app that should be building trust and credibility. A good company would stand by their service and offer a refund if a customer finds the product unsuitable. Instead, BON chooses to trap users with a barely-there trial period and then refuses to accommodate reasonable refund requests. If you're considering this app, beware of their predatory billing practices. There are plenty of better review apps out there with fairer policies and better customer service. Stay away unless you want to risk being charged for something you don’t want!

Please allow us to clarify the solutions offered in our previous message was our goal to ensure you didn’t miss any features that might be helpful or to see if we could offer suggestions to make the app work for your business - in case you were still interested. However, we completely understand if this wasn’t the right solution for you, and we regret not hearing back from you to explore other options. Please know that we never intended to impose any solution that didn’t meet your needs. We kindly asked for your opinion at the end of the previous email to work with you on finding a resolution that does if you were not satisfied with the offered one. That said, we've urgently emailed you our solution for this matter and truly hope you will check it. Support has been great - I turned on before my customers were imported which maxed out my account. They quickly reset my account due to the migration of customers. Cara was great! I needed a few more days in my trial to be able to check out the features longer.

１年ほど使っています。導入当時からバグや不具合でトラブルが多かったのですが、他に似たようなアプリがないため導入しました。 1年経っても運営に致命的な不具合などが続いています。 一度導入すると移行なども容易ではないので、おすすめしません。 ・ランク別の顧客セグメントはshopify側に反映されないため、その内容を毎月レポートで送ってくれるというが、リマインドしなければ送ってこない ・送ってくるデータの形式も違うことがあるし、ランクが間違っていることもあり、毎回手動で確認している ・shopify退会済みで個人情報を削除した顧客(ダミーアドレスになっている)がデータが紛れている ・shopifyで個人データ削除ずみのはずなのにポイントメールを送ってる

Cara was so helpful in helping me update my settings. They have simple instructions and prewritten questions to make setting up things so fast, I really appreciate it! I also like that you can customize the emails customers get when they earn rewards, so it fits with your brand's style and voice. The interface is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone getting their loyalty rewards set up.

The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Kudos to Hazel and the rest of the team for the punctuality in the responses!
