Nice app, a lot of customization, some with paid plan but even the free plan let you do a ton of things. Jean from BON contact me to customize the background color to set with my site branding, and it is awesome now. Thank you to him!

What truly stands out, though, is their exceptional support team. They’re consistently friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. Really appreciating the Customer Service so far. We have only just started the Import process, but it was seamless thanks to Cara, Mia, and Hazel. Excited to see how this continues to go with BON. Already a huge improvement in customer support from our last rewards app.

Very limited App. Also it requires access to data that it does not need to create or fulfill it's purposes. It should not be allowed access to our Theme or Order details and fulfillment details of our customers. It ONLY needs the data of the customers who sign up for the loyalty program! Nor should it be able to identify our IP address and device.. Delete this App!

Your request to add loyalty sections to the customer account page required us to evaluate its feasibility in your theme. 2. We requested access to your Shopify orders to ensure we can support you in cases where there may be concerns with order point rewards. You also asked us to optimize the refund point calculation for your store, which is directly linked to your orders, and that’s why we needed access to carry out this task thoroughly. 3. Regarding your concern about access to your IP address and device information, please know that we strictly follow Shopify’s privacy guidelines and do not know such details unless you provide them. 4. You mentioned some limitations in our app; however, we're committed to expanding its features and offering customization options for greater flexibility. This includes the ability to create new features if they align with our development and are feasible within Shopify. We had discussed customizing your email settings but haven’t heard back. We genuinely hope to hear any further feedback you’d like to share because your experience is our top priority.

Je démarre avec l'application donc je ne la connais pas vraiment mais je mets un avis pour le service. Cela fait 2 nuits que je contacte le service clients et j'ai une réponse de suite. C'est vraiment incroyable d'avoir un tel service très pro, c'est assez rare sur internet et surtout une vraie aide. J'ai vraiment été accompagé pas à pas. Je pense que l'appli est très bien car pour avoir un tel service client, l'application ne peut être que performante. Je recommande à 1000%. Je reviendrais Merci Cara donner un avis quand j'aurais un peu d'expérience avec l'application. Merci Cara.

My customers reported difficulty using at checkout. Where the cart would flip out and not show the correct items in the checkout screen. If this continues the app is completely useless and pointless.

Just to clarify, the checkout page is managed by Shopify, not BON. We conducted tests on our end and were able to apply BON discounts at checkout without encountering the issues mentioned in your review.
