I am at the process of launching the loyalty program to our customers. The features look good, but I cannot give a review on how it works , yet. I can however absolutely praise customer support. It was prompt and very helpful along the setup replying all questions and helping to clarify features and benefits. Special Thanks to Courtney and Cara!

We are just beginning our partnership with the Bon App. So far the experience has been very positive. As with anything new there is a learning curve, any issues that have come up have been handled quickly and professionally. The Bon App staff is there to help 24/7.

Just got the app and thus far the customer service has been fantastic. Hazel has been a big help in answering questions and back logging rewards. Apart from a few clarifications, the app is super user friendly which is great for someone like me that is not tech savvy. Thanks thus far!!

BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral is fantastic! The onboarding was smooth and intuitive, with a helpful setup wizard. The support team is friendly and responsive, guiding me through data import effortlessly. The app’s free plan is robust, and the $25/month plan offers great customization and analytics. My customers love the loyalty page, and I’ve seen more repeat purchases. Highly recommend this affordable, user-friendly app for Shopify stores!

We couldn't be happier with this app! It is easy to use, quick to set up and has many different customization options. The biggest reason we rate this with 5 stars (and would go higher if possible) is the tremendous customer service and technical support. Cara and Mia have both gone above and beyond for us and were incredibly kind on top of everything. Cara had to deal with a myriad of random questions and hypothetical situations from me yesterday. She patiently walked me through each step, explaining not only how to deal with the situation, but also options for different ways of approaching our concerns. She also connected me with tech support on a theme issue and it was updated within minutes. Chat support can be challenging and these two lovely ladies made us feel understood and valued. Thank you both so much for your help with our program!

J’ai installé la version gratuite de cette app sur ma boutique et elle offre déjà pas mal de fonctionnalités, c’est vraiment bien ! Petit regret sur la mise en forme des mails que l’on ne peut modifier qu’en version payante. Mais c’est le jeu ! Hazel from Support Restored My Legacy Plan - Outstanding Service! I ran into a major issue after reinstalling the Bon app – my original "Early Bird" legacy free plan, which I had as a founding member, was lost and I was put on the standard free plan. I contacted support feeling pretty frustrated, but Hazel provided absolutely outstanding assistance. She understood the situation regarding the legacy plan, patiently listened, and took the initiative to escalate the issue to her team and developers. Despite the plan being discontinued, Hazel arranged for an exception to be made and successfully got my original Early Bird plan reinstated as a token of appreciation for being an early supporter. This level of customer service, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile to make things right is rare and incredibly appreciated. Thank you, Hazel and the Bon team!
