Cara was a life saver, in explaining how the system worked and how to fix issues I was having. The app is convenient, user friendly, and integrable with shopify allowing for client interface. Overall recommend Bon: Loyalty, and there team!

I cannot recommend this app enough! The app itself is incredibly user-friendly, packed with great features, and perfectly meets our needs for creating a loyalty program. The app itself, is very comprehensive and the process to customize it is well organized. I did it in one evening. For me, I want to prioritize the referral program and asked a customer service rep, Mia, if there was a way to move the referral section to a more prominent spot on the page. Mia informed me, I could build the page with blocks, just like any other Shopify page! I was blown away at how easy it was, and there were screen shots I could use to follow along. Amazing!

Amazing Experience with the Bon Team The Bon team has been incredibly attentive and professional from the very beginning.
