The BON app (and support team) are absolutely amazing at allowing us to provide VIP tiers for our customers, as well as reward our customers with purchase points and redeemable vouchers. The set-up and configuration is simple, straight-forward and quick. Furthermore, the support team (Hazel, Kaylinn, Maxxie) has been nothing short of amazing! Their response time, ability to troubleshoot and answer our questions, and service goes above and beyond to ensure our Rewards programme and offering works excellently. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Since we started using this app, the CS team (Hazel, Sophie, Cara, Tracy, Maxxie, Elliot, Anna, Chelsea, etc.) and the Development team have provided timely support whenever needed. They consistently update the app with new features, which greatly assists merchants in managing their businesses and customer relationships more effectively. The user interface is clear and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly. The pricing is reasonable, and the overall service is excellent!

Pretty straightforward to set up. I ended up having to go for a paid plan because it had far more customisable options. The queries I had setting it up were dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would recommend and hopefully it will be a successful reward and loyalty app for my store.

We have been using the BON Loyalty rewards app for some time now and are absolutely delighted! Setting up the app was child's play and the dashboard is very clearly laid out. We particularly like the fact that the layout can be customised, which allows us to adapt the app perfectly to our needs. One outstanding feature is the support for multiple languages. As we have an international target group, this was a crucial point for us. All texts can be easily translated, which makes it extremely easy to use for our customers worldwide. The integrations are also worth mentioning. The integration of our customer review app was easy to install and works perfectly. We were always able to rely on the quick and helpful support of the support and development team for various adjustments and clarifications, especially from Hazel, who gave us great support with a lot of patience and commitment. Many thanks at this point for the great service! All in all, we can highly recommend BON Loyalty. A top app with outstanding support and great features for internationally active companies.

The minimum stars I give is 3. We tried this for a month. Customers earned 2700 points which could be a lot or a little. Its $2700 worth of points that could have been redeemed and nobody did it. $2700 worth of free stuff that we tried to give away and nobody did it. Besides the points that I redeemed in testing we had 1 customer that seemed to understand the app. Just 1. I see that there are people using it and if that is the case I am happy that its working for some people. Most of my customers are men. I think this may work better for female customers that are more driven by rewards programs that seem to come with clothing and shoes. DSW comes to mind. We invested a mountain of time into this app and it overall was a disaster. We don't feel like nobody spent more for rewards. Customers found it so hard to use that it wasn't worth the effort for them. Nice people at the app though.

Features and functionality are fantastic. Integration both in-store (POS) and online are seamless and customizable. Pricing is very reasonable and customer support is some of the best I've encountered for a Shopify app partner. The difference between BON Loyalty and our previous rewards program is night and day. 5/5, definitely recommend!
