From downloading to setting up, the response speed was very fast and the service was very professional. Bon Loyalty has helped me add rewards to my website seamlessly. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. However, the support team is amazing - the answers are quick, precise and help you walk through any problems that you may encounter. The support and the intuitive app had me up and running our points program in about 2hours.
