I had couple of doubts before installing the app, Haze from Bon Team clarified them with great explanation.

We’ve been using BON-Loyalty, and it has been an excellent addition to our business. This app is incredibly user-friendly for both our team and our customers. Setting up a loyalty rewards system was a breeze, thanks to its intuitive interface and a wealth of customization options to perfectly match our brand aesthetic. Not to mention, the app includes an API, allowing seamless integration with our own systems.

Every time I encounter a problem, the customer service responds promptly, especially Hazel~ and is really able to help me solve the problem. Now they have started to improve the package, hoping to help my store gain more loyal customers

Great support from Maxxie who helped with fixing our loyalty page. Their customer support is highly responsive, effective and polite. She provided written out instructions to clarify the steps she took to fix the issue at our request. We are pleased with her help!

Die App lässt sich sehr leicht integrieren und anpassen. Funktioniert nahtlos. Bei Problemen oder Unsicherheiten hilft der Support sofort und zügig weiter. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Support-Mitarbeiterin Cara. Sie war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und nett. Sie hat mir mit allen Unklarheiten geholfen und wir hatten ganz nebenbei ein sehr nettes, menschliches Gespräch - eine Seltenheit heutzutage. Die App kann ich ohne Weiteres mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
