Like many testimonials about apps, I am writing because of the outstanding customer service and support from the team at BON Loyalty. Another app we have on our site (to make our pages load faster), created issues with displaying a reward widget. The team at BON helped troubleshoot and fix the problem. I was so thrilled. Usually, you are told by some providers to talk to the people whose app broke their code. None of that from Bon. On top of it, we are new to Bon Loyalty, and I found the onboarding support excellent. so far, the investment appears to be working for us. I spent a reasonable amount of time researching apps and found BON to fit our needs best. I never imagined the customer service would be as exceptional as it is.

I am very happy so far with BON Loyalty. The customer support whil onboarding is first class, the app is easy to set up and when you have a question you will get response in no time. It was a pleasure to set up the app and we are looking forward to the partnership with BON Loyalty

So after much research, we decided to try BON for our first ever reward system and so far we are delighted! The app is so easy to work through, setting up points and rewards, customising. Its well set out and very user friendly, I worked through it in no time. There is lots of useful instruction sheets and videos to put it live on website, however I am not very good in this area so I was stressed a little ha. However I met Hazel on the live support chat (which is outstanding - there seems to be someone live all the time). Hazel made it so easy, she kindly checked everything for me and got it up and live on website within minutes. It looks amazing, we are so happy with it so far and excited to see what results it has on our sales. However as a newbie with little website tech, this app was easy and the support outstanding. Nothing was any trouble and they went above and beyond to help.

We just started, but their customer service is a level above any I've seen. Their service alone is a reason to try them out, the features seem deep and customizable as well. 5 out of 5 stars!

A GOOD APP AND AN INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is new experience for us and we will measure in the following months the result. By far the best customer service I have experienced of any apps on Shopify. They are responsive and incredibly helpful. The app itself has been performing as it should and I am happy to have made the switch to BON.

I’ve only been using this app for a few days, but so far, it has been a great experience. The free version offers more features than other rewards programs, and the basic plan is also more affordable. I love that you can customize all the colors, emails, etc., to match your brand and easily change the sending email to your own. The customer service is excellent; Sophie and Jean were always there to help with any questions during the setup.

The service is amazing! Quick response time and all of my issues were solved. They removed the Bon branding and changed the email address on the email templates to my personal domain name. So excited to get started using this app.
