I was using another app that for us just wanted way to much money monthly for some basic things. We came across BON and tried it out. Support was amazing, Cady was great and super responsive! I would highly recommend using BON, great support and great prices as well as a free plan!

Bon Loyalty absolutely fulfills my expectations. Functional, perfectly customizable and also very well received by customers. The support responds very quickly, is competent and friendly. Anna, Sophie, Chelsea and Mia have always helped me quickly. Many thanks also to the dev team in the background! - They have implemented all my wishes superbly. I can highly recommend the app - it is definitely an enrichment for our store and our customers.

As a note I am new to this app but so far Bon is hands down the best. The price is very competitive especially when you consider all the customizable options they provide. The onboarding process is another main part that they tackle with ease. I worked with Maxxie and a few others who were all amazing. She worked with me getting all our customers imported over. If you have thought about trying Bon, I highly recommend.

Been using BON Loyalty App for months. BON team is super supportive, helpful and able to solve my problems right away. Big shout out to Cara and Cady! Would rate 10 our of 5 if there is such option, highly recommended!

I received great customer service from Anna! Just wanted to hide the widget from the page (we just wanted a landing page for our referral program, no widget) and she was able to help me through chat right away.

After much time spent comparing and deliberating, we have chosen BON as the most suitable loyalty app for our online store. Its clean UI promises a high-quality user experience. Above all, we want to give high marks for their customer service. Anna, who was in charge of my account, provided very friendly and meticulous support. Customer service is a really important factor when choosing an app, so we feel reassured to continue using BON. In terms of functionality, it lacks nothing compared to other apps. The price is also very attractive compared to other apps. One downside is that it’s not possible to link custom metafields. For example, even if a customer enters their birthday in BON, that data cannot be seen in Shopify’s customer data. This means that birthday data has to be manually transferred to Shopify one by one. Although this can be somewhat resolved by exporting a CSV file and importing it into Shopify, it does create extra work. Overall, I would like to give BON a 5-star rating. Their customer service is excellent, so I am confident that they will actively solve any problems that arise in the future. If you’re looking for a loyalty app, I highly recommend BON.

Hands down, one of the best Loyalty rewards app I have found that doesn't break the bank and is simple easy and intuitive to setup and for our customers to use. Maxxie and Cady, have been phenomenal to communicate with and have been able to get us squared away on any quick customizations we required to make things look esthetically pleasing and on brand on our store. High Recommend you give this app a try.

Geweldige service en een goed systeem. Voor de prijs het beste loyalty systeem uit de Shopify App store. Terwijl ik er best wat uitgeprobeerd had! Voor wat op maat gemaakte services heeft Maxxie mij goed geholpen.
Beste Bij Keesje, We hebben zojuist uw 4-sterrenrecensie gelezen en het is jammer om te zien dat u problemen hebt ondervonden met het nieuwe klantaccount. 1. Wat betreft uw bezorgdheid over het feit dat klanten geen punten kunnen gebruiken, hebben we uw winkel grondig gecontroleerd. Tijdens onze beoordeling hebben we ingelogd en succesvol punten verdiend en ingewisseld voor beloningen op de BON Loyalty Page zonder problemen. Bekijk onze schermopname in de e-mail die we hebben verzonden. Als dit uw bezorgdheid niet wegneemt, kunt u dan verduidelijken wat het exacte probleem is dat uw klanten ondervonden bij het inwisselen van hun punten bij BON? We willen eventuele problemen snel begrijpen en oplossen. 2. We zijn het ermee eens dat de mogelijkheid om punten in te wisselen bij het afrekenen een naadloze ervaring voor klanten zou bieden. We zijn verheugd om te delen dat deze functie al op onze ontwikkelingsroutekaart voor dit jaar staat. We zullen al onze handelaren op de hoogte stellen zodra deze officieel is gelanceerd. Voor ons een prima spaarprogramma en de installatie was met ondersteuning van Sophie (via ingebouwde chatfunctie) snel uitgevoerd. Omdat we een vergelijkbaar systeem in onze fysieke winkel gebruiken willen we dit ook online aanbieden en hiermee een prima online alternatief kunnen bouwen!
