We now work with BON on two of our storefronts. Their customer service is BEYOND. They are prompt to answer anytime of the day and if you request an adjustment to your storefront that their team can accomplish they will happily do it for you. We are new to their loyalty program and look forward to seeing how it helps bring customers back to our site!

Fantastic App and Excellent Service! I’ve been using the BON Loyalty app, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I’ve received. I am new to Bon Loyalty, using the free plan for now because my website is still under development. The live chat help is awesome, speaking to a real person. My helper Cara has been amazing to work with and helped me setup the free plan. I am excited for my clients to use this program and hopefully it'll help my business grow.

I'm just now setting up the app, but so far it's easy peasy. And the support is awesome. Each time I had a question, I got a clear and prompt response, complete with some sort of graphic or animation to help me have fun with the process. I have a good feeling that this is the app for us!
