I just recently activated the BON loyalty app. So far the customer service provided by Maxxie, Anna and others has been very responsive and gives me confidence for the future using this new app. The BON app is highly customizable and quite easy to set up.

The app provides great features along with fantastic support. Thank you to the team at BON incuding Cara, Sophie and Maxxie, who have been so helpful with setting up our loyalty system.

I haven't started the loyalty programs yet, I've only set up the app initially, and so far, it's been a great experience. I contacted support to make sure everything was done correctly, and Maxxie answered all my questions and helped me throughout the process. Great problem-solving skills and speed in customer support. 10/10. Update 1: we are having a little trouble with errors on the order counting limit, but I've contacted support and Sophie answered me very fast, she already contacted the dev team to solve the problem

The set up was super easy for my store, I was actually surprised by the ease. I had to get in contact with customer service about their brandmark and Anna helped me. She was very friendly and helped settle my issue in little to no time. I hoping this app goes well with my store!

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités et faciles à prendre en main. Pour couronner le tout j'ai pu bénéficier, avant même de prendre un quelconque plan payant, de l'assistance de Sophie et Chelsea qui ont été à l'écoute de toutes mes problématiques. Je recommande vivement cette application !

Awesome app with an amazing customer service, Maxxie helped me with the setup of alot of custom things for my need and she was nothing but professional and helpful and very fast. I recommend this app to anyone who wants a great app for rewards.

I've started the setup process with BON: Loyalty and I have had lots of questions. Anna has been extremely helpful and responsive. I downloaded another app and it took over 24 hours to receive a response from them. I will stay with BON simply because they are there when I need them. As a new e-commerce start-up, 5 star service is the most important to me.

Just got the onboarding proccess with Anna and I have to say it was one of my best customer service experiences I had in Shopify app store! As far so good with the app, UI and implementation is straight forward, seems to do what they promise and more. After my research for a loyalty app I'm confident it is the best value for money at the moment!

We've been using Shopify online for over 10 years and have decided to leave our current POS and go all in with Shopify POS pro + online. Been looking at many points / rewards programs to replace the one we had with our non-shopify POS. Tried a few different ones (that didn't / couldn't meet our needs ) and then came across BON. Glad I found them! Decent price, has most of the features we want / need, (and so much more features that we don't use) and the one we truly really need (and they don't have) has been escalated to their design team for review. ***Fingures crossed.*** But the best part is their customer service. We're in Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT -5), and no matter what time of day or night I reach out to BON... there's always a human that answers. Been dealing a lot with Maxxie, and she is fantastic... The whole team is great.

Maxxie is doing her best for sure, about the program itself is too early to say something. What I don't like that there is some pretty long pause between the order and the rewarding, will see how it will go.
