We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition. BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works. It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.

As a DIY'er, installing and setting up applications to your Shopify Store can be a daunting task. After doing some searching and reviewing similar customer loyalty apps, I decided to give BON a try. So far I am beyond impressed. Easy setup and customizations even for the free version, and once we get a bit more established we will definitely upgrade to a more comprehensive tier, but definitely plan to stock with BON. Their customer support has been very quick, Anna has provided the best service imaginable. This is the only customer loyalty app you need!

Ja waar moet ik beginnen over de app BON: Loyalty Rewards Referral. Het is ten eerste een fantastische app met ontzettend veel mogelijkheden. Als je op zoek bent naar een app voor Loyalty Rewards, dan hoef je niet verder te zoeken. Kies gewoon voor deze app. Het is zeer betaalbaar en er is een ontzettend goede klantenservice die je met elk probleem of vraag op elk moment helpt. Elke keer als ik een vraag heb wordt ik direct geholpen. De mogelijkheden zijn onbeperkt en onze klanten zijn er razend enthousiast over. Al met al, een dikke 5 sterren waard en twijfel niet te lang. Kies voor deze app!

This app is really very helpful and in alot of ways better than other apps because they provide 24/7 seamless access to the customer care which has helped me alot setting up my store. The prices might seem high in the beginning but their service advocates it. I would 10/10 recommend everyone out there to try this app for sure. As it's not just about their service but also the value their product adds up to your store making it look more professional and driving more traffic organically.

Great customer service!!!!! I had an issue and they worked hard to connect with me and resolve the problem.
Dear Kiesha, BON firmly believes in user-friendly policy. Our refund policy is transparent and aimed at safeguarding user rights. We're always here to assist you if you could provide further details about your case. From what we can see, you forgot to downgrade the app after the trial ended in May 2023. really nice and efficient app. very easy to set up. my only complaint is you cant activate the welcome email unless you upgrade. while i do understand other options not being available on the free, it would be nice for customers to receive a confirmation welcome email regardless of the plan.
