I had such a positive experience with BON! Tonight, I was setting up the app, but being not so tech-savvy, I hit a bit of a roadblock. Thankfully, I reached out to for assistance... Anna responded right away and took care of everything I needed help with promptly and efficiently. It's such a relief to know that I have such great support available whenever I need it. BON looks to have what we are looking for, I have just installed it on our site. I did run into a little issue with the installation (completely my fault) and Anna was efficient at sorting it all out for us, highly recommend based on the service it is 5 stars from us :)
