We decided to trial BON loyalty app for our site, and needed a minor design customization. The staff is very responsive and the dev team got our request taken care of within 1 business day. So far we are happy with the tools and attentiveness of the team! Thank you to the dev team!

So far it's great! It was easy to set up and install. I had a few questions and Genie was great at answering them and getting back to me quickly - even on a Sunday morning!

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!

My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.
