We installed Bon a week ago due to a tremendous price increase from our previous loyalty app. We have been using it for 8 days and it's been great. As with any switch there are a few bumps along the way but the customer service has been excellent! It is timely and each representative goes out of their way to help me find answers. In particular, Genie had been extremely helpful.

I just downloaded the app so I can’t speak to the results yet. However, BON has it set up so easy to get started!! And Anna in customer service was wonderful to help me with removing branding before I even got the app set up! So far I love it and can’t wait to see what BON brings to my store front!! Thanks Anna!

A remarkably swift and reliable support team, fully understanding the expectations for a loyalty program. It's an excellent choice for those using Shopify POS! Perhaps the sole drawback I could mention is that POS coupons cannot be individually configured to apply only to specific collections. I have already communicated this to them, and I have received assurance that they will address this issue. In summary, I recommend it to anyone considering the implementation of a loyalty program.

The app is not as expensive as some other loyalty apps in the store and still works very well for us. What is outstanding though is its immensely helpful support. The support and dev team went above and beyond to help us modify a specific functionality to match our needs. Certainly a full recommendation!!

I was asked by my superior to install a loyalty app in our store. After trying out tons of apps on the market, I found that the BON Loyalty is the most functional and most affordable one. Even when I was on trial, they were so kind to help me with all kinds of questions, which cleared out my concerns and made me towards a subscription. And during the several months I used it, I encountered some questions, and their support team is always here to help with a super nice attitude. Even if they cannot give an exact answer to the question, I could just simply grant collaboration access to their dev team and they will help out with the issue. Hands down to their service!
