We're always here to assist you if you could provide further details about your case. From what we can see, you forgot to downgrade the app after the trial ended in May 2023. really nice and efficient app. very easy to set up. my only complaint is you cant activate the welcome email unless you upgrade. while i do understand other options not being available on the free, it would be nice for customers to receive a confirmation welcome email regardless of the plan.

Throughout the installation process and setting up the environment, we have been helped in an unbelievable positive and speedy way by support agent Chelsea. During the chat, she was very supportive and provided clear information. Thanks to her support, our BON Loyalty Program is now active. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SETTING STUFF UP UNTIL YOU KNOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR STORE!! Initially, Genie was amazing until I got my store setup and realized that the app didn't work with my store. That's when I realized I was talking to a bot or AI, the responses were super kind but no resolution to my issue was proposed. Just simply, it doesn't work with your type of login page. I wasted in all about 5 hours between setup and emailing with support and now I get to start over with another app.
Dear my customer, I sincerely hope you'll give me the chance to contact Recharge, the team responsible for the login page, to understand and provide a solution. I've explained multiple times that your website doesn't use the Shopify default login page but utilizes the login function of Recharge, a subscription app. When attempting to log in to your store, Recharge doesn't allow it, and this issue is affecting BON. However, I understand that you've gathered this information, and the ultimate need is still a solution. Please understand that BON is always striving to harmonize with all BON-installed stores, regardless of their technological differences. I'm currently in discussions with the relevant parties and will provide you with an official response soon.
I can't speak for the app just yet as I've only just installed it but so far I'm very happy. The features are exactly what I've been looking for and the installation was fairly easy (good since I'm not overly tech savy). Customer support was absolutely amazing! I had a couple of small issues (that were my fault completely) and I received help right away.

First Off, Anna (on the night shift) was great and took the time to answer all my questions. She gets 5 stars all by herself. Plus the Development team got back to me quickly after hours with positive news about an import question. So 5 stars there as well. So far, I have not used BON yet in the real world yet. We are still setting up our Shopify store and POS. BON seems to have decent functionality compared to its competitors in the same price range and higher. To get the level of functionality I need I will have to set up at their growth level. We are porting from another program that was tied to our previous POS and had a few more features for a little less money than BON will have, but nothing that is deal breaker. So far I have found BON intuitive, and it has a lot of capability to engage customers. 6 Stars when we see custom emails, time limited single rewards attached to emails, and my pie in sky feature: a separate mobile app. This looks like it will be a solid choice moving forward.

I just joined the program and so far everything seems very straightforward and simple. I did had a little trouble finding or figuring out how to display it on my store, but Maxxie did an awesome job directing me and answering all of my questions. This app is exactly what I have been looking for. I had tried a few others before but I didn't like them. Glad I found BON. I also had a little issue with the customization but the customer service was superb. Anna helped me solving the issue even when it's Christmas holiday time, I really appreciate it. The app is built really well, and support is very responsive. I tried several other loyalty apps but this one made was so easy to set up and looked great. I like that it's built for Shopify which makes it much easier to integrate, unlike other systems built for multiple platforms. Genie was a real pleasure to work with and helped me get things up and running quickly
