BON Loyalty has the best customer service by far! I have had three loyalty programs in total - BON Loyalty is my third - and they are the quickest and most knowledgeable. I love that my chat did not automatically close with my helper Genie. It also retains my previous conversations from the past (my previous reward programs would delete the conversations). Genie was very patient with all my questions, provided numerous helpful links for applying rewards to a customer's purchase, uploading a preexisting customer/point csv, and so much more. Thank you Genie!

The app didn't work for me, but they refunded me the full amount. Great customer service. I will try the app in a few months, see if the bugs are out. I did like the app a lot.

BON has a transparent refund policy and we always put your satisfaction first. Again, allow me to explain why some customer accounts don't sync right away. When a customer logs in/registers, his account will immediately appear in the Loyalty app. Conversely, if merchants (or 3rd-party apps) manually create customer accounts in the shop's admin, we have to fetch this data from Shopify to BON and the timeline can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Rest assured that customer accounts will be periodically re-synced daily to ensure stable performance and user experience. We appreciate your detailed review, we understand that each feedback reflects the customer's true experience and that should help us grow. POS Users BEWARE!!! I thought this app was great. They even have a feature to connect the Shopify POS to allow customers to earn points and claim rewards at the register. However this feature was released before it actually works. Thankfully we had 1 honest customer let us know that they claimed their rewards but their point balance never reduced. This reward was a $10 off coupon that they could have used several times due to the points not being removed. When speaking with support I was told that "Currently, the issue with Points are not automatically adjusted when customers redeem at your POS is till being worked on as future features." So in other words the feature never worked to begin with yet it was released and promoted and now the only way to know how much revenue we have lost is to go through thousands of transactions to see who used reward points multiple times without ever having their points removed. I had to manually remove the points in the back end for the customer that informed me of the issue. Needless to say we are turning the feature off and going on the hunt for a new rewards program. It is very disappointing to find out that you are losing only God knows how much revenue due to a plug in not being setup properly by the developer.

Anna was extremely helpful and kind with her advice on modifying my rewards widget. Thank you! The app itself was real easy itself to install and get running. Everything is laid out well and it was easy to find where I needed to go to customize it for my needs. It only took me 30 minutes or so to get my widget up and running on my site with no coding required. So far great service and great app.

We've been using this app for perhaps over a year, after searching high and low for a decent loyalty app. The features are easy to use and it isn't difficult to set up. You can import all of your previous reviews through CSV. The best thing about this app is the customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to make your requests happen and are always available to chat through the live chat option. I have spoke often to their chat and they are always so kind and helpful with my queries. Today I spoke to Genie, who is just a real gem, a total asset to the business. Thank you so much again for your continued help <3
