Virkelig en fed app, der bare virker. har prøvet flere forskellige apps med loyalty programmer, dette kan individualiseres til sprog så den virker allermest troværdig. Super support, meget hurtige svar og altid positiv til at hjælpe

Decent app! has most of the feature we need at a decent price, what makes it better is their promptly support!

After looking at several rewards apps, BON looked like the one for me. Simple, yet contained all the elements of a rewards program I wanted. Genie helped me through the whole process of getting BON in my store, and she did it with patience and understandable explanations. She’s a top customer service rep for sure! Customers are signing up for my rewards program, and Genie is still available when I have questions. Thank you, BON and Genie!

We were considering various apps, including Smile, Bon, Growave, and Rise. While all these apps are excellent choices, we ultimately decided to go with Bon. It turned out to be an outstanding choice! We had a couple of questions and needed to make minor adjustments. That's when their customer care rep, specifically Genie, immediately came to our aid through live chat. Talk about customer service in the right moment - this is a textbook example! Moreover, the Bon team took care of the small adjustments and minor touch-up development right away. So far, I am extremely satisfied with our decision. Thank you, Bon team! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with you guys.

This app looks like will works fine. I tried a few another and have some problems. With this the installation process looks easy. The support is great, Anna, helps a lot. Im still meanwhile the setup process, but as I see currently it could be a good solution for a loyalty program.

I've been an Early Bird user of the BON loyalty app. This is by far the best bang for you buck on loyalty apps in the Shopify app store. They have incredible support- you are not just talking to a robot. Daisy and Genie are VERY responsive and also honor loyalty! The app keeps getting better as well. They take every suggestion and request into consideration and if not immediately help you with customizing, within a few weeks you may see your feature requests added into the app. Cannot recommend this app enough!

Just installed the App and have been taking my time customizing it. I spoke to Genie and later with Anna which were both extremely helpful! Setting these apps can be extremely stressful sometimes but these ladies made it a breeze!

The customer service representatives are incredibly kind and professional. Also, the app offers nearly all its features for free, causing no inconvenience at all. Just starting to use the app, it's user friendly and a lot of customisation. The customer service was great. Daisy was helping me to set up, she responded very fast and gave me the information more then i asked.

Super App! Tons of customization easily to be setted up. Layout is very flexible. I works good in desktop and mobile. We hope to increase our customer experience. Daisy from the on line support is very kind. She is always ready to help customer.
