This is by far the best Loyalty APP if you have a multi language store. I have tested every competitor thoroughly, and this is the only one that supports multiple languages in a seamless and easy setup. The support is also great, and there is a lot of help if you need it, you just have to ask.

So far it has been great. I really love the way it looks on my site. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to do our own custom rewards. I would like to give points to customers for multiple shares on Facebook. The ability to do our own custom rewards would be a nice addition. The support staff (Emily) was very helpful.

I highly recommend BON Loyalty. They have amazing costumer support that never disappoints. One of the best app for rewards programs. It's very easy to setup and get integrated so your customers can start gaining loyalty points. They are open to suggestions because they want to improve their app and makes it even better. Good job. APP más que interesante para crear un programa de fidelización y de referenciados. Además de su precio versus a sus funcionalidades, el soporte es magnífico. Tu ve un pequeño problema y Anna lo soluciono perfectamente, estando atenta a mi durante más de 30 minutos. Sinceramente, ya tengo APP para fidelizar a los clientes.

I shopped around for a loyalty program for a while and Bon had the best features to price ratio. Gave em a shot and have been super impressed! It's very feature rich for what you pay and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Little hiccups here and there have been addressed super fast by their support team, Daisy is awesome! We've had it fully installed about 6 months and couldn't be happier with our choice.

So far so good. I've had the app for about a day now as I'm getting everything set up for launch. This app includes most everything I was looking for in a loyalty app including: referrals, rewards expiry, judge.me and POS integrations, dedicated pages (because who else is tired of widgets?), vip tiers, and minimalistic yet customizable design. Fingers crossed they will soon introduce a Mailchimp integration. However, all of those core features I was looking for plus so many more for $15 a month (and less annually) is an unbelievable deal. Shout out to Daisy, Cara, Genie, and Jerry for helping me with customizations, guidance, and responding in a timely manner. Especially considering they probably aren't in the same time zone me.

A visually pleasing, easy to use Loyalty app that doesn't cost the earth! But the best part about it is the support. When I enabled the app on our website the widget was showing up, but when clicked it brought up a blank white box. I reached out to support, expecting a response within the next day or so. Anna replied almost immediately and helped me sort the issue (which was just that I was viewing a preview of our website! Going incognito revealed there was never any real issue.) Responsive ongoing support is a big priority for me as a new business owner and Anna's care has made a big impact on my to-do list!

BON is seriously cool. First off, the way it looks is just so darn nice. It's like they sprinkled design magic all over it, and every button feels like it's in the perfect place. And man, does it do a lot. It's got all these crazy features that pretty much cover everything I need. What's really nice is that even though it's super powerful, using BON is like a breeze. I didn't need to go through a tech boot camp to figure stuff out – it just makes sense. Setting things up is a walk in the park too. They took the complicated stuff and turned it into a few easy steps. Oh, and big props to Anna in customer service. She's like the friendliest problem-solver ever. She listens, gives solid advice, and leaves me feeling like I've got a buddy in the app world. All in all, BON is the bomb. If you're after an app that's got it all – looks, brains, and service with a smile – you seriously can't go wrong.

She was patient, kind, knowlegable and explained everything so a non-tech person like myself could understand.
