Best app for loyalty program! But I hope one day it could be come out the function for user to change the earn points rule more flexiable. And BEST customer service ever for all the shopify apps I have used so far!

Bon were really helpful in smoothing the transition from another loyalty app that we had been using. Their chat/support system was very consistent and fast over the 2 days of our transition.

We've only just started using (not even fully configured yet) but our first experience with Bon customer support was in their assistance in importing our customer list, and their assistance was AWESOME and fast! Can't wait to get using the app!

Easy enough to install. I did have some isses that needed to be tweeked out but the support team is just excellent and very very reactive (thanks Cara, Ariel, Daisy, Cady... ). They really did their best to try to solve the issues as soon as possible. The app is now working great.

Wow! This app is great. I had a previous loyalty program that was going to cost me a lot more for all the features that this one has. I just finished the set up and had a few questions and Cady and Cara helped me right away. Great customer service and the features and value for this app are amazing.

I love the BON app, and its support is 24x7. Whenever I logged on to work on BON their support is right there to answer any questions I might have. I have installed it in my Shopify store and looks amazing I like the branding feature and how easy to change the reward points and locate the widget where I like to appear. It is very easy to customise, especially without reading any manuals, and it is intuitive, but support is there also to get you through. Thanks, millions to the BON team. Day 2 I am testing out the Referral program on 1) How to customize the referral email - working 2) how to send the referral to a friend - sent via email 3) How will the friend use the referral link and receive the referral points - Yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work 4) Referrer will get reward points -yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work I have received a great support with problems I had to date and am quite happy to use this app. Jacqueline

The app is okay, test thoroughly to make sure it works for you, they dont let you set 100% rewards for products, you have to set a specific dollar amount so if you have price changes you need to change every single reward.

The app is still growing and maturing, but since I have used it in its early days and even until now, this app has been good and the customer service has been great! I am highly impressed with their ability to help out their users and in turn our customers with examples, walk through steps and overall great customer service. They have helped me set up and solidify the app and always help me when I need it. They keep adding more and more features as well and I'm excited to keep using this app and see how it grows.
