App looks great and has a lot of features. Cady and Daisy on the support team we great with helping get things set up and clarifying questions that we had. We certainly look forward to working with them!

So far so great! I have only just started using the app but it has been great so far and the customer service is fast, friendly and very helpful. Anna has been amazing and very helpful. She caught some issues on my personal updates I wouldn't not have! (my widget was hidden under something else I have on my site) It is only day one but I am impressed and happy I choose BON so far!

100% Recommend this app I'm so happy i came across it! It has everything your looking for when bringing your customers a loyalty reward program! Super customizable makes it blend so well with your brand. The steps on adjusting it to your needs are super simple and detailed it won't give you a headache trying to figure it out everything is right there clear to understand and practical. Also there customer service is AMAZING! Daisy has helped me out since i got the app she's so sweet She does such an amazing job on resolving your issues/questions in no time!

Seamless way to increase customer loyalty, super intuitive and easy to use. UI is great. Nice design. Customer support was great, very responsive and helpful. Had a query, and Daisy (customer support PIC) got back to me on my inquiry as promised. Thanks BON! :)

It's been a while since we started looking for an app to increase social sharing and referral, and seems like we've finally found it! The initial set up process was super easy and friendly, can't wait to launch it and see how much of a difference it'll make. Daisy from the BON team was very friendly and helpful! In the short time that I've used this app so far, I am really impressed not only with the available features and customization, but also the customer support. Great customer support is SO essential, and it helps to have that for apps which can be confusing to navigate. The BON Loyalty app is pretty easy to navigate, but my questions/concerns were answered so quickly and without hassle by Emile. Emile answered everything and more, and even pointed out something critical I was missing in my shop. That really goes above and beyond good support. And again, the app itself looks great so far. I'm excited to get it running in my shop, and I look forward to seeing what else this app and the team will have to offer!

Really amazing and full featured points program with incredible customer support. Emile & Anna were really responsive and helped us get everything setup and running without issue. Documentation was well written and straight forward. Program seems to be adding even more features over time, but it already has more features than many other points programs that I have used. Highly recommend using BON!
