DO NOT under any circumstances, install this app. yes, the people are nice. yes, it should have a lot of features. but when they start having server issues... you will regret it. ALL settings were removed... placement, colors, etc... that overlapped with critical gui features in our cart so people couldnt add things or checkout. when i went to get support - they couldnt even disable it. this cost me real world dollars. i hope they get it fixed, but the risk is not worth it. then... the canned responses from support start to grow infuriating. "my customers cant check out - i cant disable your app - i need a resolution right now as this is costing me money" "you are important to us. rest assured we will work hard" - useless.

The program is great, many features are available for free. Especially customer relations are very good and fast. I have no doubt that they will do very well in future. But the app has a very important disadvantage. It is very slow and not stable. I had the opportunity to try it for about 1 week and I noticed that there was a serious slowdown in the evening hours. I think it is due to density. But I had to delete the app after facing regular slowness for the last 2 days. By slowness I mean 1 minute for to widget to appear and another minute to make a selection which is a big no for customers. I will try again in 1-2 months and update my review according to the improvements. Issue seems to be resolved over the years. Currently using the app

I had another app before and after migrating orders from another system to Shopify, the app created rewards for all those old orders. I understand this could have been a normal and expected glitch in the system, so reached out to them and waited for days to get a resolution, so I went to try and find a new app and after trying Bon I decided to keep it, especially after trying to reach out to them and seeing how quickly they acknowledge and reply to any issue you may have. Highly recommend them!

I just set up the app and Anna was amazing she helped me unlock key features that I would like to use to help increase the business that other apps are charging for. I look forward to introducing the new features to my customers that my previous app did not offer. Oh not to mention I can move my widget placement this was a big issue and I'm glad its resolved by simply downloading Bon

Amazing app with excellent User interface and dashboard. I had a question on the rewards and Emile from customer service team did an amazing job in clarifying it. Only thing was that I was unable to choose multiple collections when my customers redeem their points and so I am unable to use this app. Hope this will be available in the future release. I just started to use this app for loyalty rewards. Features are awesome considering that other loyalty apps charge lots of money for some. It's %100 free for now and the support team is experienced + very helpful. Special thanks to Emile and Kyle! Totally recommended!

Before trying BON I tried many other reward apps, but this one is the best! Very easy and quick to setup, you can adjust everything to your brand.
