The app is beautiful and sleek with most of the features you need. The app is still lagging and I need to refresh the app sometimes to make it response. I wish that point earning is more flexible. X points earn each 1 unit currency does not work well with all currency. It would be better if it can be set X points earn each Y unit currency. Daisy from support team is very helpful. She assured that the program speed issue is temporary and it will be solved. I'm looking forward to use the app after they finished the big updates which slow down the app.

There are so many functions that are completely unusable. Doubt the authenticity of this free app. It's been installed for a month and the data is not synchronized and is completely unusable. After the customer service enthusiastically helped me to install it successfully and guided me to give five-star praise, the customer service was very perfunctory about our data migration problem, and every time I asked it, it was busy and needed to be processed.

I'd like to confirm that even BON is a free app, all of the features are available and ready to use. BON remains a free app to improve basic features and raise brand awareness. Our production team does have pricing plans to launch next month. And customers who install before we launch pricing plans are in the Early Bird plan, in which all the current features are remained free forever. 2. Regarding the matter, We needed a few days, during the peak ticket period, to fulfill the request for you...Our team always strives to meet our merchants' needs and do everything possible to fulfill the request. So far I have only set up the app and haven't seen it in action yet, but the set up was very user-friendly and the support was very good. Anna helped me even outside of office hours to answer my questions and help me get things installed the way I wanted them. So far so good.

We selected this app after trying others that add in too many features that we wanted to implement in other ways. Bon's loyalty program app has a great feature set without adding in complex gift card functionality, which we would prefer to manage through native Shopify processes. Their online documentation is great and customer support through chat has been excellent. Daisy in particular was a great help in answering all of my questions and making sure I had direct access to the information online. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer support! Daisy helped me to remove the watermark. I sent a request out of working hours but they replied to me immediately. I recommend it 100% because for now, it's the best app on the market.

Easy to use. Premium features are all available for free as of now. Customer Service is friendly and reply promptly too. Wish this app could support redeeming gift card too in the future.

I've been searching for a loyalty reward program to add to my eCommerce site for weeks and I've finally found a good one! I found this app very straightforward to use, with no coding. A lot of features and customizability for a free app, which really helps to give it a more integrated look to match your website theme and colours.
