Customer Support has been so helpful - I had a query outside of Support Hours but I was assisted so I could launch the Loyalty program with my business. I needed help with ways my customers can earn points and was swiftly assisted to understand but also showed how to complete the amendments. Super

Application très intuitive, beaucoup d'options, quelques difficultés rencontrés pour l'export des données depuis l'ancien système, mais le service de support est incroyable: rapide , gentil et surtout efficace. encore merci Dean.

Honestly, the best costume service and the best services I've ever received. I had to access customer service to solve a small issue editing a tab and they helped me very quickly to solve it and to configure my store. Sunny was extremely helpful! A+++ Very simple to and easy to manage with a lot of possibilities to engage and solidify costumers. Great possibilities to grow! The app is complete with options rewarding, redeeming and more. Very satisfied! Definitely recommended!

I just downloaded this app and it is extremely easy to navigate! I have wanted to do a rewards program for my customers and this app is making it easy to build! I will be launching my rewards program in a week and super excited to see how this program will encourage more sales and returning customers.

If anyone are looking for a loyalty program related application to grow with your business, I would recommend you Bon Loyalty! They have excellent customer service and support. More importanlty, they value customer's feedback. Althought this app is releativly new here, I think it is worthy your attempt! If you are looking for a loyalty reward program , look no more. This app is absolutely amazing for your store. Bon Loyalty has everything you need to give rewards to your most loyal customers. I am so happy that i found it. Sunny was amazing and help me with a few questions I had. She was so patient, attentive and offered suggestions. She even answered my questions off her business hours. This app is great. There are a lot of possibilities it offers. The support is more than great, Carla helped me and guided me step by step through the app and explained all the possibilities. What I really liked was their desire to hear what suits us as users, what needs to be improved, what options still need to be introduced. I recommend everyone who is considering this type of application to opt for this one, as it has everything you need as a user, functionality, a beautiful look, many options, and perfect customer support.

I just installed this app. So far it has been very easy to install, customisation is a breeze and easy integration. A great free plan and the customer service amazing. I hear there are email notifications being launched soon which will be take it to the next level. A great app and plan for my business just starting out.
