Amazing customer service and support! I asked if they could personalize a specific field to help optimize the rental experience on my website, and they not only added what I needed but exceeded all of my requests. They were super responsive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this app to other businesses and reservation platforms. Huge thanks to Rana and Sisco for being so helpful — truly appreciate everything!

The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate. The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

So far this app has been perfect for us! Rana from the support team has been an immense help with any questions we had along the way. We love the deposit feature for our bookings, and look forward to fully launching this in our shop in the coming days!
