Constantly need support to book due to unfriendly interface. Good luck talking to someone on a weekend. Overpriced and seems like it hasn’t been updated in years. Black outs are annoying, I should just be able to select what days I want to book things on and repeat it. Not block out every day I am not needing a booking.

In your case, the product’s availability issue was caused by a configuration problem. We’ve already assisted with reconfiguring it and followed up with you directly.

This app has been incredibly helpful for my business. It’s easy to use, well-designed, and works exactly as expected. It has saved me so much time and made managing everything much smoother. I have been using BTA app in Shopify for several years to manage online reservations for our tours and I have been very satisfied. I have been able to customize the app's settings to get it to do what I need and customer service and support has always been quick, helpful, and effective.
