Great support through chat. Within 15 minutes we resolved all the issues we have except one that needed a developer to help. However even with that one, the customer support provided guidance as to where to fix the issue.

I publish an e-newsletter called LitNuts. Book publishers and authors pay us to advertise their books in our newsletter. BookThatApp has been a great (and economical!) way to accept advertising orders based on availability and manage our advertising calendar.

We are using this app to rent campsites. Was a little difficult to get set up, but support was awesome in helping us get it working great.

Great app for taking table reservations across multiple cafes on our website. Easily customisable with lots of features. Rob, the developer is always on hand to help and quick to respond. Would recommend it and happily try any other apps from this developer.

Fantastic app that gets better with every update. Customization can be done on your own with minimal help from support. If you run into any issues, the support team is extremely helpful and has assisted me with resolving the few bugs I ran into while customizing the app.

We like to refer to this app as Bookify ( sorry eh ) - it makes booking our client experiences easy to use on both ends and when we are stuck with a config error the response is quick, friendly and on point.

The customer services is superior. I was having a really hard time with some settings and the team went in and update my code for me. They even went in and fixed other items that I did not even know I had issues with. They really go up above and beyond to make sure the features work properly. I highly suggest using BookThatApp!

We use this app to allow customers to schedule zoom meetings with consultants. it's worked really well for us so far! Any minor issues we've had have been resolved quickly and the customer service has been fantastic (shout out to Rob on the CS team!).

We have been using this app now since 2020 and only have good things to say. For the price, this is the best booking calendar out there! Main emphasis is on their STELLAR support team that I have never waited more than 8 hours for a resolution from. Lots of customizable options, and the team will work with your for what you need on your site.

Functionality really serves every purpose you can imagine. There are hundreds of ways to customize and I have to put emphasize on the support(!). You get answers in less than 12 hours and the employees are dedicated to solve your problems. Really astonished about that service-level! :-)

It's working great so far - I am on a trial plan and find that the app works for the rental service offered. The customer support is also prompt and professional - I would definitely recommend.
