Rana was an AMAZING help!!! I was nervous about explaining a complex issue over the BTA chat, but Rana was able to fix my issues almost quicker than I could type them out. There was one issue that we could not resolve through the chat, so Rana set up a Meets session so that we could share screens and resolve the remaining issues very quickly.
