I was asked to review the app but have just set it up, so I am still waiting for an opinion. However, this review is to answer 2 parts. App and support 1. App so far 3 stars for Ease of use of the application to set up. I am more than confident that once I'm using the app full-time it will be a 5-star for sure 2. Support needs a 5-star rating as Yaci was fantastic! I hope the rest of the team is as good. I would highlight more about Yaci and customer services except I'm paranoid I was talking to an AI bot so I won't go on about the Excellence! of the service Yaci provided.

Great customer service, but the app is definitely too expensive. If you cancel, you will lose all your SEO optimization, so you have to pay this app a lot of money every month as long as you run your store.

The app does what it says but after the 1 day trial you are charged for a month. You can't switch back to the free version. You have to uninstall the app to avoid a charge. After uninstalling you lose all changes made, so you are basically paying $30 for nothing. *Update* True, it does say one day trial but it does not note the process of switching BACK to the FREE version. You have to uninstall, wait the 48 hr period for data to be deleted/reset and then perhaps reinstall to use the free version. It has the option to choose the free version AFTER upgrading but it never changes back. I selected free version (it says cancel at anytime) after having used the paid version for a only couple of hours and deciding not to keep it. The page refreshes so I assumed that my account was reset back to the free version. I checked my subscriptions a few days later to find out that it does not. The free version should not be an option after upgrading if it does not in fact switch back. To be fair I gave a 3 star rating because it seems that the app works. It is confusing that after upgrading, the free option is available to select.

This is actually indicated on our app's Shopify app store page that the trial is only for 1 day. Regarding the changes made by our app, yes, like with other SEO apps, most of them will be undone once you uninstall the app, this is because the SEO tags applied by our app are directly injected into your site's source code and not through the Shopify admin(we only have limited access to your Shopify admin). Please note that Image alt texts processed will remain - everything else related to the app will return to its previous state. I just downloaded the app, so I can't say how much I like it just yet (hence the 3 stars). However, the rep I spoke with, Vicky, helped me with my initial questions. She took her time to find the answer to my question, so she could provide accurate information.

Gostei da aplicação e das suas funções mas é muito limitada em termos de opções na versão grátis. Ou seja, para o utilizador base, não acrescenta muito e é mais uma aplicação a fazer o website lento.

Die App tut an sich alles was sie soll. Sie optimiert. Der kostenlose Plan hierfür ist an sich gut. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das die Metadaten noch mit Optimiert würden im kostenlosen Plan.

The free app has limited functions, so I had to upgrade, my problem was site speed which did not help and I got help from elsewhere, it does not work on your blogs if you have some. it is just good for product related pages( Alt Text), so basically I paid only for broken links that other apps offer for free. I tried to email them and chat with them, not possible to contact them quickly and easy. Serach enough before adding them
