The application is not working. Contacted support, they told me to wait 48 hours. Everything is still not resolved. After many days of contact, the answer was still mechanical. I approved the 69 usd per month plan. Ridiculous. Lots of good reviews for the app. But am I not the only user? Cheap.
Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the image compression feature. The delay is due to factors like the queue of other accounts syncing, the number of products in a store, and Shopify's server load. This is an isolated issue, and the rest of the app's features are functioning properly. I want to assure you that our app is designed to provide comprehensive SEO benefits. We have sent you an email to resolve this issue. We look forward to your response and hope you are open to clearing this up. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a smooth experience for you moving forward. Best regards, Pat

Update: The app created duplicate issues in Google Console. The automated "SEO" is really anyones guess. There's no way to see what has been done. I'd prefer to have control over what action is being taken rather than fly blind
